Hotel O Pathanamthitta Near Mahatma Gandhi Statue Formerly Mannil Regency

Trust me. Room is at 4 th floor. No lift available. Room was not cleaned. Location is easily accessible with plenty of near by shops and facilities.

Early check in was denied which was accepted when we informed 2 weeks earlier. We 10 members were standing outside for almost 1 hour with kids and old age people

One of the most worst experience we had , such a bad service ,we booked through booking.com and we spoke with manager also we got confirmation email and enquired about early check in and also got the details of extra payment ,they also confirmed it, but once we arrived they denied early check in, we had to wait for more than 2 hours with kids and old age people by the road such a worst service by management.

There were no water at the room, also soap and towel they have provided in the next day

Good service and exelente behavior on staff have a nice room well arenged

Cleaning not good.sheets were dirty,bedbugs and mosquitoes were there.Toilets not kept clean,stained,Food waste not taken daily

Good and clean room. No hassles in the hotel.
