Hotel Hills Park

I booked two rooms for my family and me at this hotel. The rooms and toilets were clean considering the price. The restaurant was also clean, and the newly furnished hotel looked great. The food was excellent. However, the reception staff could improve their customer service skills - a bit more training would help them handle guests better.

Stopped at this bar hotel near Konni on my way from Trivandrum to Cochin. The food and beverages were just okay, but it was the only place I could find along the route. Bar hotels or restaurants are quite rare on this stretch, so it was a convenient stop. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you're looking for a quick break.

A very accessible hotel in Pathanamthitta in terms of location. The rooms are good and the bed was comfortable. Their room service starts at 8 am in the morning and that's a big minus in case you want to have some coffee before heading out. I wouldn't recommend eating food here. There are good restaurants within a 5 km radius.

Worst bar experience I have ever had in my entire life. The bartender has no intention of serving anything to you.

Poor service in executive bar. He is not even pleasant. Bad attitude. Felt like he was paying for our drinks and food, because he was not even ready to serve anything to us. And told every customer there is a high wait time for food or there is no food. And to the hotel atleast hire a good employee who knows how to handle customers

Loved the room. Bathroom was top notch. Unfortunately, on the evening I checked in, there was frequent power outage owing to some maintenance work going on. However, the same was resolved by bed time and didn't experience any outage from then on. Dinner was ok, though I felt lonely sitting in the restaurant. My only concern is regarding breakfast. Not only did it take a.lot of time for them to serve the item, but they had only one item (Idli) to offer. Buffet breakfast would have been ideal. Also, they are not providing hard/soft copy of bill for customers who have booked online.

Stayed there for two days. Good according to the price, but can improve their service. Seems like an old hotel.

Very nice & neat place. Food was excellent! Can improve the breakfast menu & service was a little slow but otherwise very good place.
