Hotel Indraprastha

Stayed for a night in one of the deluxe rooms on 19 Jan 25. Service and staff behaviour is atrocious. Security Gaurd misbehaved and seems to be in a drunken state. The reception staff was supporting him. No one responds to intercom call at the reception. No room service and morning tea is at 8am. No kettle or tea, coffee pouches in the room. My suggestion to avoid this hotel completely for any kind of stay.

Worst food + service + food quality/variety No menu for food was available. The food served was below the acceptable temperature. Service guy kept excusing himself for being the only guy in service. The worst place for families as there were not many varieties No dessert or soft drinks are available for the kids. Families to avoid, as any bakery restaurants in the vicinity may welcome you in a better way.

Worst hotel, they claim to have central A/c and after 2 hours of Ac being switched on in a suite room the inside temperature is +32 degrees, i am currently staying in room 105 and the staff are not even bothered or ready to take any action after charging more than double the cost of standard room falsely claiming that the standard room is not available and forcing me to take a suite room. Elevator has not been functional for the oast 6 months and the receptionist says it will get stuck in the middle if it is used. Never ever stay here guys, last visit i stayed at elite hotel in the same city and it was truly an amazing experience, since they were full got trapped in this concentration camp suite at +32 degrees room temperature in a so called centralized Ac suite with no elevator facility too

Good place for people who prefer a resto bar. Ample space for car parking. Ground floor has a small place where only food is served. We don't get a wide variety of foods but what we receive will be of enough quantity. The service was good. I went here only for food (lunch) while heading back to home after visiting Parumala Church which was 5 km away. The restaurant looks very posh from outside.

The bar area is not up to the mark, comparing other bars near by. I felt less freedom being there. The place was kind of noisy. Still their service was good. If you are looking for a place to chill with a beer then I don't think this would be an ideal one. However for a quick one, you can definitely opt this.

The hotel still seems to be a little low on the cleanliness part. I could see stains in the table sheet and food waste in another table. The menu was also not updated with the right dishes. Other than that, the food was delicious and we kept on ordering. Keep up the good work.

Worst hotel actually!!! The service and the food are mediocre... Cleanliness is non existent..

Worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant..EVER! They made us wait 20 mins just for the menu card which, even upon asking for multiple times, never arrived. Every time we followed up for the menu, the guy there would look confused and vanish into the kitchen.We eventually gave up and walked out. This all happened between 9.30 pm and 10 pm. Once we were out of there almost all dine-in restaurants were clossing for the day. Hence, no food for us!
