Wyte Portico Hotel

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this modern-themed hotel. The rooms, though somewhat compact in terms of space, were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff exhibited commendable professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a diverse and satisfying selection that catered well to various tastes. However, it is worth noting that the gym facilities were not fully operational during my visit, which was a minor drawback. Overall, the hotel presents excellent value for those seeking a stylish and hygienic environment, coupled with attentive service.

( we have visited here previously too, which was why we came back anyway) Remember in a small town and with limited access to ingredients, well heeled people,etc and other things.... There are limitations too so keep the expectations likewise. (Just a thought) Edited after 15 minutes of the previous one: we were served the Tiramisu we ordered. It was good too

Frequently visits the sports bar, "Arena" in the Hotel. The bar is maintained and managed exceptionally well to a point where one can't tell you are still in rural Adoor. The food is great, so is the service. Whiskey sour was particularly good. They also have a charging station.

The food service was subpar, and the provided juice glasses were dirty, raising hygiene concerns. With 3 star hotel's rating, a higher standard of cleanliness and service was expected. Improvements are necessary.

It's my humble request to the restaurant staff, please give more privacy to the customer while having buffet type lunch...no need to stand very closely to the dining table and monitor closely to each person, what they are doing....

I recently stayed at Wyte Portico Hotel in Adoor, and it was a highly disappointing experience. Despite claiming to be a 4-star hotel, it certainly doesn't live up to that standard. When we ordered room service, it took nearly two hours for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, they forgot to provide basic essentials like plates, tissues, and spoons. We had to request them, and it took another 20 minutes for these items to arrive. The food itself was just okay, but definitely not worth the high prices they charge. The pizzas were particularly bad--burnt and nearly inedible. Additionally, the customer service was extremely poor. Overall, I would not recommend Wyte Portico Hotel. It was far from the 4-star experience promised.

It's a good place to dine here. It offers a wide variety of dishes here. Food is delicious and mouth watering..

I occasionally get Pizzas like once in two weeks or a month, from the Bali Lounge for past many years starting from the days they used to have Favorite Pizza in their compound. I've never had an issue but last week they burnt the Pizza to the extent that it was not just clearly blackened on the top and bottom but the burnt smell filled our room the moment we opened it. We complained and got full refund. But what was so disappointing in the first place was that they chose to hand the burnt Pizza to the customer knowing its burnt so bad and hoped the customer would still eat it? They seem to think so low of their customers. This behavior is an insult not just to the 4 star hotel standards but to even 3 star hotel standards.
