Wow - just wow, we spent only 2 days there but the memories are etched forever.... The manager, Unni, was such a helpful person I wish him the very best for future - thoughtful, friendly always ready to help. The location is the best - a few steps and you can swim in the athirappilli river, they have a huge area where we can run around with our furry friends, a swing as well. The villas and the premises look exactly like in pics, classy, safe at night as well. The rooms could be a bit more elegant but much more than 3 star. Overall loved it! And will definitely stay again.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the resort is its breathtaking panoramic view of the river and surrounding mountains. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort offers direct access to a serene river beach, perfectly blending natural beauty with a peaceful ambiance. This exclusive access to the beach area added a unique and relaxing dimension to our stay, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility of the environment. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, offering a seamless combination of comfort and nature. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The facilities were top-notch, catering to both relaxation and recreational activities, which enhanced the overall experience. A special mention must go to the resort manager, Hafiz, who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. His warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Hafiz ensured that all our needs were met promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment. His personalized approach and attention to detail truly made our visit memorable. Overall, this resort offers a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Whether it's the stunning views, the peaceful beach access, or the outstanding hospitality, every aspect contributes to a remarkable experience. I recently stayed at this resort for two days. The location is lovely, with direct access to the river, but the rooms are in poor condition. The water taps are problematic, the fan regulators and AC remote don't work, and the furniture is dirty and slightly damaged. While the manager was helpful, the staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating when we requested room cleaning. The food was ok, but the kitchen was not clean. This resort has potential to be a great place to stay, but they need to improve room maintenance, keep the kitchen and dining area clean, and offer better service.

Awesome property, very satisfied with the experience, worth the money, Nice & co-operative staff, if you are lucky enough, you will be able to see Wild Elephants on the opposite side of the river, Food was good too, grilled chicken was one of the best we had in recent times, Suggestions would be to add a few more south indian breakfast options & a pool close to river which will make this property even more Amazing. Thank you Riverok. Special mention must go to Hafiz the service manager who was very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely try to visit this awesome property one more time.

A great place to relax and spend time with nature. Awesome home made dishes which we really relished. Above all, i want to appreciate the two staffs, especially hafiz who were very hospitable and friendly towards us. They were around to make us feel comfortable and heed to our requests. Thank You

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Hygiene: The hotel lacked even the most basic standards of cleanliness. The room was filthy, with visible dust and stains on the furniture and bed linens. The bathroom was worse, with mold in the corners, a foul odor, and a dirty sink. Customer Service: The staff was indifferent and unprofessional. Upon check-in, the receptionist seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged my presence. Calls to the front desk went unanswered multiple times. It felt as though the hotel simply didn't care about its guests. Overall Experience: The lack of hygiene and customer service completely ruined the stay. The management appears to have no regard for basic hospitality standards, let alone creating a welcoming environment. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

It's a fantastic value for money stay. We booked the entire property for 2 days and Hafiz the manager , the Chef George Chettan gave the best service . Definitely met & crossed our expectations. Rooms are decent and overall ambience is good. Food was very homely not at all oily . Would strongly recommend. Thank team

I recently stayed at Riverok Villas in Athirappally, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and so close to the waterfalls. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were polite and attentive, and the villa was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I'd love to visit again!
