I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and had a very disappointing experience. The food delivery took an excessively long time, and the quality of the food was extremely poor. Additionally, the prices were quite high for what we received. We tried the normal meals, Chicken 65, and Fish Fry, and I must say, it was the worst food I have ever tasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They thoughtfully provided an extra mattress for the third adult, ensuring a comfortable stay for all of us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We especially loved their omelette sandwich and coffee--they were absolutely delicious and made our mornings even better! The serene surroundings added to the charm of our stay. A special mention to Jomy and Naveen for their exceptional service. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room, food and service are great. The room was very clean. The room rate is very budget friendly. Everything is good.

A wow experience, I highly recommend Hydel Palace because as the name goes by the moment you check in you get to be treated like a king @ Hydel Palace. The food was yummy and mouth watering to be honest. The swimming pool was neat and clean. The rooms were spacious. The location was easily accessible. The hotel has well trained true professionals , humble, polite, proactive and always at guests service,Fantastic team & Overall room service and guest satisfaction was at top notch. Highly recommended.

The place is good for a days stay , I think they are still in the process of building the place . An affordable place to stay .
