Absolutely loved my stay at Neom's Golden Gate Hotel in Aluva! The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and super comfortable -- perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. Great location, just a short drive from the airport and railway station. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean, convenient, and peaceful stay in Kochi. Will definitely be back!

booked the entire NEOM Golden Gate facility for one night to host my sister's wedding function, and the experience was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the accommodation was peaceful and comfortable, making it truly enjoyable for everyone. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Although the facility does not have an in-house restaurant, they kindly provided a dedicated space for serving dinner to our guests, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant and accommodating stay!

I highly recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay . The host is willing to provide all available options over there such as Swiggy, uber or even a kitchen hall .

I booked neom's golden gate through booking.com. The stay was nice and comfortable. The owner himself offered us a helping hand in arranging cab to airport and breakfast. Overall it was an excellent experience. I prefer to stay here during my next visit as well. Calm place to stay.

Had booked a room in Nov.2024 for 7 days. The place is too far from the main road and inside a housing colony. There are no restaurants nearby. There is no facility of inhouse catering. The Host, if required, brings food from a hotel. During my stay there was an issue pertaining to laundry charges. While taking clothes from me for laundry the owner/manager of the property did not tell me clearly about the charges and when the clothes were returned after laundry he was charging about 40Rs per cloth which seemed to be on higher side as compared to Bengaluru, where I had paid only Rs20 per cloth for washing and ironing. Even for a small handkerchief he was charging Rs20. I had to enter into serious argument with the laundry man as well as the owner/manager for exorbitant rates. Another thing the room boy employed by the owner/manager seemed to be an outsider (probably Bangladeshi citizen) who was very poor in English as well as Hindi and was not at all professional. The room which I stayed in was also too small to move around properly. The washroom too also was very small. The auto charges for going to nearby metro station and other places was also on the higher side as compared to the charges told to me by the owner/manager. Overall it was not a comfortable stay.

A excellent place to unwind . Ideal location for work from home assignments. Very friendly management and staff. Neat and clean rooms. Premises and surroundings are silent, calm and serene. Since this place is not located at the heart of town, there is no rush of traffic. Uber rides are easily available - within 2 or 3 mins of booking. Good food was arranged by staff. Food delivery platforms also deliver at this location. I would recommend Neom's Golden Gate for anyone who travel for work or leisure. Family and children will like this place for sure.
