Thai Resort

Most dissappointed hotel. May 2024 29th we booked this hotel for june 8th night... The person who attend the mobile talk to me nicly through phone during booking time... When we started our journy i make a call to sure for the room because the trip include ony ladies and 5-15 years children..after kottiyoor darshan i called many times there is no response from other end... When it connected he told me there is no room . He talk very roughly and cruely... I told him, i will call police and complaint register against him. One of my friend from kannur who works in alleppey, deals with him...he told that after 10 or late night there is no option to give the room.At last he agreed to gave.. And also brought full payment in advance.. And didn't give any extra bed.. And room was.... Hoo.. Very dirty... No tap. Toilet is black color... Floor is dirty... this is the first experience to me..... This review is to owner of this resort to know the attitude of his staff.... This will affect your own business and your reputation.... Very close to the temple , approach road is very narrow . The staff is very helpful. When we told them we haven't had lunch, the care taker Ms Mani , arranged lunch for us. Very courteous and helpful staff. They were always ready to clear and guide us with any doubt we had. Rooms are clean. Only trouble we had was the fan in the living room was very slow and water was dripping from the AC. Other wise a very pleasant stay.

This resort has a very pleasant ambience and is located very close to parashinikadavu temple. Very generous and helpful staff. We stayed in a cottage which was spacious. But the bathroom was not that clean. Since we visted there during the time of maintenance the taps were leaking and had to wait for the staff to refill the tank in the early morning. The tv was not working and there was no hot water in the washroom. When we asked for hot water the guy in the reception provided it. The staff was ready to assist when asked Overall this resort is great if they maintain it well.

Location is best, very near to temple. Average room. If to get service of hotel, need to call the Mobile number. You can't get the receptionist at counter as it is a one-man show. The toilet need maintenance. Could see cockroaches during night.

Disgusting pillows, mattress and toilet seat cover. No blankets or sheets provided, no tv. If you are driving, very difficult to negotiate the temple crowd through the very narrow line to reach the hotel. The price is too high considering the poor quality.

Just one word Oustanding for each and every facet. The unlimited food the cleanliness the staff the sweet receptionist and location of the resort. Everything was perfect.This resort is a very good option for picnic with families and loved ones.

Spacious cottage, close to the temple. Its access road is a little narrow.
