Hotel Polariz

My recent stay at Polariz Thaliparamba was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I found the room with dirty bedsheets, a clogged wash basin, and faulty air conditioning. While the reception staff was quick to respond and offered a room change, the replacement room wasn't much better. The mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It's evident that the hotel management needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and overall maintenance. Basic comfort and hygiene should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. The only positive aspect was the prompt response from the reception staff, but without proper facilities and upkeep, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve their services for future guests.

It was a good place to stay, I did not get to experience the entire hotel, as we all stayed to attend an auspicious event nearby. My suggestion to the owner of this establishment, did feel the amenities are all good, except the bathroom needs a rehaul, I was so amazed to see in a 3 star hotel hot water was integrated with the plumbing system. Please rectify the bathroom odor, all I can comment on is for Room 308. Please check it out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located in city's prime about 1.6km from muthappan temple, it was a pleasant stay... Quick check in, pleasant staff, and good room service... The rooms were near and clean... Enjoyed the stay...

Very disappointing! They attract customer citing Swimming pool and Restaurants. Everything is under maintenance! They must open once they fix everything that they state in their sites.

Disappointing Stay I had a very disappointing experience at hotel. Here are the main issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The room was not clean. Examples: There were stains on the bed sheets, pillow ( not washed) dust on surfaces, or mold in the bathroom. Condition: The room felt poorly maintained. Examples: door lock is not perfect, Noise: It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the bar attached to the hotel Amenities: They are not providing proper amenities list. hot water is not working They are not provoding 3 star quality. so i am not reccomended

There's a local bar within the premise where outside people have the entry, staying with family may not be preferable. Rooms need a lot of maintenance.

Good safe place. Good rooms. Pleasant staff. Surprised to see all the kerala Front office and F&B staff. We had a good time.

I had booked 3 rooms for a family stay. None of these rooms had a proper door locks system. One of the rooms were locked and unable to open with the keys. They encroached from outside and entered into the room and to unlock from inside. How can you ensure there's a security of your valuables. Had stayed 2 nights keeping luggages in a different room. Never recommend for anybody to stay here.
