I booked on April 4th, three rooms at your hotel for a two-night stay for my friends. While we appreciated the room tour prior to check-in, I must share some critical feedback regarding the quality of service and facilities--especially considering your property is claimed and priced as a 3-star hotel. Some of the rooms initially shown to us had a strong and unpleasant smell of oil, likely due to your massage parlour working next to the family rooms. Others were filled with thick cigarette smoke, presumably from the bar. Thankfully, because of the initial walkthrough, we were able to select rooms that were relatively better and free from these issues. However, the overall ambiance and cleanliness did not meet the expectations of a 3-star standard. What was even more shocking was the lack of complimentary bottled mineral water--a basic amenity expected from any hotel, regardless of its rating. Instead, guests were expected to drink regular water served in jars, the same water used in the bar and spa areas. In today's world, even roadside eateries ("thattukadas") ensure hygienic, branded drinking water for their customers. For a hotel claiming 3-star status, this level of negligence borders on greed. Across the 2-day stay and 3 rooms, my guests consumed only 6 bottles of mineral water. Yet we were charged for every single one, and the manager refused to acknowledge this clear lapse in service, even after we brought it to his attention. It's not about the cost, but the principle--charging guests for basic drinking water, especially after failing to provide it as a courtesy, is both petty and unbecoming of a hospitality business. It feels like the hotel is focused more on squeezing money out of guests than actually providing a decent stay. If the presence of a bar is what qualifies the property as a 3-star hotel on paper, then perhaps it's time the management seriously reconsiders the actual guest experience being delivered. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve services for future guests. Basic hospitality should never be compromised in the name of profit.

I have visited restaurant at this hotel and the food was really delicious with affordable prices. And mainly the ambience was really good..
Lift is not working. Rooms are generally clean before check in, but room service is not great. Breakfast served is good with reasonable number of South Indian choices.
Only gave 1 star because that was the lowest. They don't even deserve that. Visited their restaurant. Too much delay to start with. Thought they are making items fresh. Turned out i was wrong. Both the dishes we ordered were not fresh and not properly cooked. Wasted our time and money. Never, i repeat never go there.
Went to the bar the waiter provided partially written bill in official gst bill.wen I asked he is telling this is from bar counter will not come in bill. He is trying to cheat the owners or the govt don't know. Pls look after that.
