Pranav Beach Resort

Sincere thanks to Mr. Cariappa and staff for being very hospitable and welcoming. Service and amenities promised are on point. The property is beach facing. Just a 50-60m walk and you can experience the fresh breeze of the Arabian sea. They are a great host. This property is a must try. The interiors of the property are well maintained including the rooms that are built out of wood that keeps the heat away during the hot summers.

Manager Mr. Kariyappa is very rude, un professional. This is not a resort more like a hostel, restriction of going out after 10 pm. You can see many dogs inside the premises which is too dangerous for family and kids. You are locked after 10pm. No food available even after booking one day before. Rooms are very small, untidy, many cockroaches and rats and not value for money. Gate is locked with chain after 10pm. Please avoid booking in this hostel resort. Not at all suggested for family. You can sleep with bed bugs. Kindly don't jump into well seeing the images.

Pranav Beach resort is all that they claim to be. It is unique among the many beach resorts line up the Palliyanmoola beach road. The energetic couple who owns and run it is there to take care of their guests and meet their needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief time spent their and wish them well. Environment friendly construction of the cottages using recycled doors and windows of the yore is an added attraction. Kerala food is on the menu mainly but will prepare whatever you request. Fresh fish is always there and they themselves shop for it early in the morning. All in all, a great place to spend a few days to enjoy sun, sand and local food.

Such a beautiful property on the beach front. Had a lovely time and very happy with the assistance from the Manager Kariappa, property owners, food and other assistance were provided on time. The rooms were very clean and comfy Very happy with the overall experience.. would definitely visit again

I had an awful experience at Pranav Resort, Payyambalam, Kannur, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place was filthy, with cockroaches and rats everywhere, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, there were stray dogs roaming around the dining area, jumping on tables and licking leftover food--completely gross. The manager, Kariyappa, was incredibly rude and arrogant. He didn't take any of our concerns seriously and tried to pull hidden charges out of nowhere. The worst part came when we arrived after 10 PM, and the gate was locked. We were left stranded outside for nearly 45 minutes, in the middle of the night, until the watchman finally opened the gate after a lot of arguing and swearing at us. Once inside, he scolded us for being late, even though it wasn't our fault. This place is not suited for families or groups of friends. The lack of cleanliness, terrible service, and rude staff make it a place you should avoid at all costs. If you're looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Pranav Resort is definitely a place I will never return to, and I highly advise others to stay away.

Good ambiance, the location is the prime attracting phenomenon. Right opposite to Payambalam beach. The staff were very humble and courteous. The rooms were pretty good and decent. We were 4 families with kids. The kids had a jolly good time and were not restricted in any way. A bit of a let down was that a wedding reception was held on our last day of the stay which was noisy for sometime.

Worst experience and waste of money. Booked this resort as the owner committed for better service irrespective of the reviews when asked. No proper services and rooms are not maintained properly. Too much attitude after paying complete payment. They provided the see facing rooms but the open space is rented for some personal functions to local people. Loud music till late night and guests using our rooms lobby and sit out areas. When asked resorts guys to clean after the guests vacate there is no response. Resort Incharge talks as if he is doing a favour or charity to guests. Breakfast served was pathetic and worst year end experience with family and group of people we wanted to spend quality time. Never ever would recommend and visit this worst place again. Rooms maintenance is worst AC not working, TV have no connection.

Worst experience & waste of money recently a program hosted on the resort, They serve small kids a larger amount of food just like serving adults, which cause so much food wastage!!! & at last some peoples doesn't got food & water, the serving was too slow & they were refused to add one more stall for food, serving food for around 200 members from a single stall cause too much delay. They doesn't even serve water properly, even the welcome drink also wasn't sufficient for the guest!!! Also they doesn't refill the water properly. Staffs attitude was really bad they serving food like they were serving the food for free!!! Overall worst experience!!!
