The Valle Munnar

We had an amazing time at The Valle Munnar recently. The location is stunning, surrounded by tea gardens and peaceful hills. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and offered great views. The staff was warm and helpful, and the food was delicious. Our kids loved the activities, especially the campfire and nature walks. We enjoyed the stay. The location, the staff and the breakfast was amazing. Our purpose of the trip was to relax and that could be possible because of the super friendly staff . Cleanliness was top notch. Ms. Divya at the reception desk was always available with her hospitality. Not to forget the activities that are faciliated for the guests are so unique. Makes sure that the guests staying there get to experience and explore all aspects of the place. We went for the village walk in the morning and our local guide - Mr. Rajan was extremely humble . Trekked through the lush green tea planatations . He gave us alot of information. Would recommend this stay to everyone.

Choosing The Valle for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Everything about the experience was flawless, from the planning stages to the final day. I was in touch with Vijay throughout the entire process, and he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and reassuring at every step. His dedication and attention to detail made the planning feel easy and stress-free.||The manager, Sahil, was also extremely cooperative and ensured everything ran smoothly during our stay. Joshua and the rest of the team were just as amazing, attentive, professional, and genuinely warm.||The food was outstanding during our entire stay. Every meal was a hit with us and our guests, and the variety and quality really stood out.||The view from the hotel is absolutely to die for. It added so much magic to our wedding celebrations and gave us the most beautiful backdrop for our photos and memories.||We had an incredible time, and so did our guests, no one wanted to leave! Had an amazing stay at The Valle, Munnar. The room was beautiful with an incredible view, and the coolest part was the mist literally coming into our room such a magical experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Only downside was that there's no pool, and honestly, the food wasn't great or worth the price. If they fix the food part, this place would be just perfect. Overall, loved the stay and would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.

I recently stayed at THE VALLE , and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was stunning. The hotel's location was perfect, close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a restful night. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

The stay was very good. The valley view was amazing. Although I felt that the housekeeping staff was understaffed, their service was excellent, and the rooms were nicely cleaned. The morning breakfast was great. Dominic was very friendly with my daughter. However, I sometimes experienced slight delays in service. The front office staff was good, but I think they need further training, as I was given a car key instead of a room key when I asked Archana for it. Improving language skills would be beneficial. Joshua and Hussain were very helpful. I would definitely consider staying again

After an extensive search on the internet, we finally chose The Valle for our 3N/4D stay at Munnar. The property is in beautiful location, which is very easily accessible from the main road. The view from the rooms is unbelievable. The staff, right from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping are extremely helpful. The hotel is under 2 years old and all fittings and accessories in the room are very good. The hotel has day long activities going on to engage all age groups of guests. The restaurant serves very tasty food and has an exhaustive menu to choose from. We were particularly very pleased by the personal attention from Divya and Joshwa, who handled our reception to Sudarshan, who assisted us in the restaurant. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
