It's nice place. Can walk to the beach, but need to cross the railway track.

Good room..great service..staffs are verry humble and resposive.

Stayed here for the night with friends on our way to banglore. Its still undergoing improvements, but worth the cost. The service was nice. If you dont have too much expectations of luxury, its decent. For some, the sound of trains can be a hindrance, otherwise its good.

Had a comfortable stay at the resort. Stayed for 2 nights. Hairas the manager is very supportive and went out-of his way to make us feel at home...whatever we opted for breakfast he made sure it was delivered. The resort is not very fancy but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Definitely value for money. Two restaurants that are close by are the Apple Restaurant and the Seafood restaurant that have yummy dishes to try out. A lovely memorable stay we had with 11 members in de grp at Bekal fort resort. A good place to have a scenic and historical view. It's romantic to take snaps. The views from each tower and the construction is admirable.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, at least until they improve. Just writing down the major ones here: 1. We were offered a *luxury* villa, which did not have geyser or a backup power. The govt electricity board power went off many times and for long duration. 2. There were so many mosquitoes and we struggled without a/c and without fan during the power outages. 3. The place is very next to a main railway line. We saw many trains passing from 7PM to next day morning. 4. The windows railings were so unclean. 5. The approach road is so narrow and winding and your car is stuck if any other vehicle is coming from the opposite side. 6. Food was delivered from outside, they need at least 2 hrs for the same. Noodles and curd rice were delivered without a fork or a spoon to eat with.
