Our stay at Palcastle - A Heritage Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we checked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The property itself is stunning -- easily the best in Palakkad -- with its beautiful heritage architecture and peaceful atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. It honestly felt like staying at a home away from home. We were in Palakkad for a short trip, but Palcastle made it unforgettable. If you're looking for a place that blends tradition, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality -- this is it. Can't wait to return!

Excellent stay, very friendly & helpful staff. My favorite stay location, with family, whenever I visit Palakkad, right from March 2024. (l have stayed at Pal Castle 3 times within this period, in groups and once along with my family). Very neat & well maintained rooms. Reasonable rate, breakfast is complimentary. Their service is more than 100% satisfaction & we enjoyed their hospitality.

Loved this place a lot! We had to check in early due early train but they gave us such ease and safe check in. The staff are lovely and friendly. Ajay and Arun - their staff helped us a huge deal in making our stay one of the best in palakkad. Their breakfast is also healthy and yummy! Rooms are super clean and services are amazing. Highly highly recommend!

Enjoyed a great stay with warm hospitality and a delicious complimentary breakfast featuring a variety of dishes that changed each day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a nice blend of heritage charm and modern style.

It looks posh from outside. They have tried to give a premium feel to the rooms and washrooms with good furniture and fixtures. However the rooms amd washrooms are compact. The floor was not cleaned properly. There is no balcony and it is located in a busy area. I felt that their staff could be more polite and friendly.

We had a wonderful executive room which made our stay very pleasant and comfortable despite the hectic schedule we had every day. All the room service staff , restaurant staff and cleaners etc always had a smile. Although breakfast was served ,we did miss having a restaurant to goto after a long day. We had to go elsewhere to have our dinner every night for 5 to 6 days. We find this hotel super clean and well taken care . Maybe the only improvement needed is for the front desk to have a friendly attitude and service with a smile despite their polite language. We will return when possible to stay here on another trip.

Parking at basement is a disaster especially with cars longer than 4.5 meters. The rooms and services are good. Centrally located in a busy area Does not have its own restaurant. Complimentary breakfast with few items are provided. The breakfast hall is small.
