It's a good place in palakkad to stay with family and others. All rooms are clean and well maintained. The amenities are so superb. The most attraction is the place where the hotel is situated. They have good hotel and room services with desired cousins...

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay here, and I feel compelled to share the details to help others make an informed decision. The most significant issue was that the hotel's website is highly misleading. The pictures showcased online depict a modern and well-maintained building, giving the impression that all rooms are of high quality. However, this is far from the truth, especially for non-AC rooms. What the website conveniently omits is that non-AC rooms are located in a completely separate building that bears no resemblance to the images advertised. This lack of transparency feels deceptive and unfair to customers. The condition of the non-AC room was appalling. At first glance, the room seemed clean and adequately sized. However, it didn't take long to discover the shocking reality--there were cockroaches and lizards everywhere. The presence of these pests made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and left me questioning the hygiene standards of the hotel. No matter how reasonably priced a room might be, such poor maintenance is simply unacceptable. It's hard to relax or feel at ease in such an environment. While the accommodation was a major letdown, I must acknowledge that the food at the on-site restaurant was decent. The meals were reasonably priced and offered good value for money, but unfortunately, a pleasant dining experience cannot compensate for the substandard living conditions. The only other positive aspect of the hotel was its accessible location, which made commuting to nearby attractions convenient. However, accessibility alone doesn't justify staying here when the overall experience is so unpleasant. In conclusion, I would never consider staying here again, nor would I recommend it to others. For those planning to book a non-AC room, be prepared for a drastically inferior standard compared to what is advertised. Transparency and proper maintenance should be a priority for any hotel, and this one falls far short of expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing due to poor maintenance and unprofessional service. * Flush wasn't working, and there was a broken mug in the washroom. * The mattress was old and noticeably sunken in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. * TV didn't work And water was provided only on the first day as a "complement," regardless of the length of the stay. The receptionist, a middle-aged man, was extremely rude when we requested a room change, falsely claiming no rooms were available despite many being vacant. Additionally, they overcharged us for juice from their menu. Would not recommend staying here. Poor maintenance, rude staff, and overall mismanagement made it a terrible experience.

Room was spacious. House keeping is great. Neat and clean. Problem was the Noice from reception is heard all over hotel. loud conversation of staff is echoed in rooms, which is disturbing.Some loud sound beep sound was coming from nearby bath room, 2-3 times. Also noice from road traffic is quite disturbing.. Parking Facilities are nice and adequate.

Disappointing Stay at Nalanda Inn I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Nalanda Inn, Palakkad, booked through MakeMyTrip. 1. Room Readiness: Despite reaching at 3:00 PM, well after the check-in time of 12:00 PM, the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes. 2. Bathroom Issue: The room (301) allocated to us had a non-functional bathroom flush, which was extremely inconvenient after a tiring journey. It took an additional hour to resolve the issue. 3. Staff Behavior: The staff were unresponsive and not friendly, which added to the frustration. This experience fell far below the standards I expected based on the listing. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in their service and maintenance.

Rooms spacious. Bathrooms needs upgradation. Counter service, nice personnel. Free breakfast limited not to items but to Rs100

Kindly avoid staying here... I stayed there with my family for 12 hours... We barely spent time in the room... The room had chewing gum stuck on the wall... The bed had bed bugs and ants and the furniture was infested with bugs... The fan was not working properly and neither did the geyser nor the flush in the washroom... I stayed in the room for barely 4 hours and due to that I had rashes all over my back and a few rashes on my face... So, please avoid staying here

The hotel is easily accessible and is very close to highway and is in the heart of the town. The room quality is poor and can be improved. The towels provided were not clean. The staff were too friendly and helpful. I reccomend this to travellers who are looking for budget stays.
