Medley regency

I had a great stay at Medley Regency Hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Sanfar, whose friendly commitment towards guest. I thank the owner of the Medley Regency. I booked an AC room with food included at an affordable price, which was a great deal. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Palakkad railway station, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The breakfast was good, and there are plenty of nearby options for dining. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Palakkad. Thank you dear Sanfar.

Good stay. I stayed 1 day. It was a good experience. Cleaned room, good environment. Breakfast also good. Receptionist behaved well and very helpfull. I personally recommend to stay in this hotel.

We 3 had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. Room & Wash room is very neat & clean. Staff is helpful.Special thanks to Mr.Sefuvan who was very polite & friendly and made us feel good. Will recommend this. Only 2 to 3 minute walk from palakkad junction railway station. BRM bakery which is open 24 hours is adjacent to this Hotel which serves Good Kerala Tea.

Friendly and good service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful specifically Mr Salman and Mr.Sanfar were very kind and there were no problem in assisting us. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again and refer our friends.

Had a peaceful stay with Medley. The location was very convienient its close to town so access to everything and station. The staffs were approachable and very efficient and very helpful. The breakfast options and taste will make you feel like home. The SPOC Mr. Yusuf was very attentive and was a proper guide. Rooms was very clean also the washroom was spacious and sanitized proper, rooms were compact. Be rest assured with Medley if you are planning your stay with them.

I stayed at Medley Regency to visit my college NSS Engineering College Palakkad, and had a great experience from checkin to checkout. Everyone I spoke to including front desk, cleaning and kitchen staff were kind and courteous. However, it was Aparna from the front desk who truly went above and beyond. After checking out, she called me to inform that I left my laptop in the room, but I had reached Thrissur by that time. I requested her to send the laptop by courier and she ensured it was securely packed in bubble wrap and shipped the same day, personally following up with me until I received it in perfect condition the very next day. Thanks a lot Aparna! Aparna is a great example of how staff in hospitality industry should be. Medely Regency owners should be real proud of her.

So neat and clean. Size of the room is a bit smaller and compact but enough for stay. Had a good experience while staying with them.
