Hotel Sri Bhavan Residency & Restaurant

We were a family of 7. The rooms were reasonably priced, spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also amazing! My only constructive feedback would be around the Wifi. There's no stable wifi network in the rooms. Otherwise no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay especially if you're a vegetarian!

The food was tasty. Residency can be improved. The room in which I was staying was not good. I was facing a power issue every time we entered. The cleaning part was way worse. I asked him to change the pillow cover as it was not clean. The toilet bucket was not clean.

We visited their restaurant alone, not the rooms Positive aspects: Food was tasty Service was also quick (there were only a few people at that time) Conveniently placed at the road side, so its easy to locate. Very large parking space Negative aspects: x Unhygienic washrooms ( they have stinky washrooms outside the restaurant which are not at all maintained, cracked windows) "Ratings reduced for Unhygienic washrooms"

An absolute zero for the customer service. I am so sorry that google doesn't give an option for a minus rating . We were regular customers of sribhavan and for the last two times we were having horrible experiences. See when you enter an AC cabin we would surely think of a notch above customer service.. But after taking order there will be no one to attend you..you will not be provided with a cup of water too.. One tip for the review readers...Don't order drink or beverages, you won't get it in time.. if you order beverages or juice, then hot coffee will turn into cold coffee and cool drink will turn to hot drink when it arrives.. Pathetic service and arrogance of staff is unbearable

Located conveniently on the way back from Kalpathy temple visit. Food is majority dosa varieties, lot of options. Was nicely made. Sides were good. Nice Tea option, and quick service is a plus. Has enough parking area. Overall Good

I used to order the cheese roast from here through an online delivery platform about two years ago, and I really enjoyed it back then. However, it seems to have degraded a bit in quality over time. The 3-in-1 roast I tried recently was quite good, but the mushroom masala roast was just okay.

Ordered a veg biryani and told the waiter to make it less spicy!! They served a some what veg fried rice (not cooked well) with raitha and achar! Tasted one spoon! And asked waiter! Is this biriyani or fried rice! He replied this is our biriyani! Couldn't eat ! Called owner and informed the same! Reply:-This is the less spicy biryani!!! Washed hands!! They served the bill without hesitation! Paid! Left the resturant with hungry stomach! Paid without eating!

Good location,good cleanliness,very good service. But, everything comes spiraling down when it comes to food. Vada was cold and stale, dosa was horrendous lest said. They need to improve a lot on food.
