Hotel ATS Grand Kera

Rooms are neat & good. Only issue is that, there is no ceiling fan available for A/C rooms. A/C is far away from the bed. Otherwise the hotel is too good. It is situated within 50 metres from Prasannalakshmi marriage hall.

Bitter experience for me . Did bulk booking of 22 rooms for my daughter's wedding and had to cancel on the eve of the wedding as the Management informed me at the last minute that there was no hot water facility in the rooms. Adding insult to injury , they refused to refund my advance and pushed me around for almost a month. Could manage to get my refund after my friends and well wishers intervened.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked an AC hall expecting a comfortable environment, but they turned off the AC in the middle of the event without any notice. When we addressed the issue to the staff, they completely ignored our concerns and did nothing to resolve the problem, causing great inconvenience to our guests. To make matters worse, they charged us extra for unused AC service and insulted us when we raised our complaints. This level of unprofessionalism and poor service is unacceptable. I will never book this hall again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff members are very friendly. Service is prompt and excellent.

Had booked this hotel for family and friends for my wedding at a hall nearby. Decent and clean rooms. The issues we faced were no hot water supply in the washroom, frequent shutdown of the lift, and slow service from the management staff. Overall the rooms were neat and tidy.

Rooms are well cleaned nicely. Staffs are actually not friendly.It was a business trip.There is a park Location is not nice.And there is not much space to park vehicles.There is not much safety too.Because my daughter was locked in the bathroom.

We had a good stay here, Services are good though they don't have in house restaurant but we can order food, only thing is we have struggle for warm water for bath, after few follow ups they provided us the Coil for the same. The staff are nice and helping room Services were good. I recommend the hotel to stay and perfect place in town everything is nearby Palakkad station and other places.

Very poorly maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were very smelly. For two sharing they provided only one towel. Phones were not working to request for anything. Couldn't locate any house keeping staff also to request. If you can find a better place to stay then better to avoid this one.
