Hilux Courtyard Hotel

Very neat and hygienic rooms and service is very nice. Near to pallakad town junction and calm atmosphere. Highly recommend

It's our first visit to Pallakad and we stayed at Hilux for 3 days. The staff is polite and welcoming. We had around 9 rooms booked for the wedding yet there was no compromise on the service. We had kids and toddlers travel with us. The hotel let us use their kitchen to cook for the toddler. We are happy and thankful for your hospitality.Thank you so much !

The rooms were quite spacious since we took the suite rooms. The cleanliness was acceptable for the Kerala hotel standards, but they can really do better and a lot of maintenance work is needed in the rooms. The lights in the rooms were dusty. What really caught my attention was the uninterested behaviour of the attending staff. Reception was still ok but other room service and restaurant staff looked very disinterested, very lethargic, and had no interest in customer satisfaction whatsoever, literally no smile on their faces. Food was below average, the utensils were not cleaned. My understanding is that the owner has blind trust in the staff and staff is not performing.

A very decent, hygienic and safe stay. I stayed with my husband snd son, who checked out earlier than me. But I really felt at home and safe.

I have stayed thrice before and the stay was nice. So this time when the family trip was planned we chose Hilux again only to be disappointed beyond measure. The hygiene standards have really gone down.Washrooms are pathetic.Ac not working. These are basics when the claim is of being. 4 star hotel. I will never recommend or stay myself at this place anymore. One of the rooms booked were stinking.Right in front of our eyes we saw the way the washroom was cleaned and I think I would dread to think about a stay in any place going forward. When we raised our complain they apologised and gave us another room promising that this room will be cleaned.In less than five minutes it was handed over to another customer PATHETIC!!!!! Old turkey bath towels being used to clean the dining area table and plates !!!!Yuck

It was a really pleasant stay, hotel is located in centre of the city. Room was spacious, it was clean and well maintained. There is no work table. The staff members were very courteous and polite. Overall, it is one of the better hotel in the town.

Reception tries to evade any question. They never take any calls. Room service is never available. Although we call in advance and ask for specific room they smile and say it is already given to someone else.

Located in the center and enough parking space. Service was ok, Rooms are neat & clean but small in size. Good stay for the family Food was good.
