City minar residency is a Good hotel. Well maintained rooms. This hotel is located opposite to Hotel Kapilavasthu that is next to ksrtc palakkad bus stand. Will visit again

I have stayed in this hotel for a number of times and am satisfied with the property which is decently maintained. They have an old wing and new wing. I have stayed in the 4th floor rooms [triple bed] which is very spacious and well furnished. Room service is really good and it is a safe hotel for those who would like to stay with family. Main advantage of this hotel is its location, which is opposite to KSRTC bus station and all part of the city is accessible with ease.

Had stayed twice. First on 2018 and last on February 2021. In 2018, only an extra large room for a day, and it was ok. Booked 3 rooms through phone in 2021, and the lady staff was very customer-friendly. They gave the best price compared (in internet) to other hotels in the town. But once reached there, understood that the rooms were over priced, and there were no other customers. We booked three double occupancy AC rooms for three days, in which every room had some issues. In one room AC had no control, in another toilet flush was not working etc. Maybe after lockdown, all rooms & washrooms smelled as if opened after a long time. In general, wash rooms were not clean. Overall, we didn't felt satisfied for what we paid, and will look for some other options next time.

This is a pretty decent and a reasonable hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and informative. The rooms are air conditioned and are very decent and clean. There is no complimentary breakfast. The beds are very comfortable for two guests.

Pretty old hotel located opp KSRTC bus depot. Have rented their rooms for few years now. The newer wing is where AC rooms are located. Rooms are large. However, maintenance of rooms is average. The toilets are just about functioning. Staff is courteous and helpful

On my recent visit to Palakkad I took a room in this hotel as my regular hotel was full. To my surprise this is a very good hotel recently opened. Hotel is very clean and rooms are good reception area is very big. Lift is smooth no jerks on rise or at stop. Front Desk is very supportive. This hotel is near to KSRTC bus stand. and town area.
