Boon Inn Palakkad

We had the opportunity of staying in this hotel last week in connection with a wedding. The rooms are very large, neat and clean, bathrooms neatly maintained and the services of the staff, both room services and services of counter staff are excellent. Keep it up. One of the biggest hotels in Palakkad town, still cost effective and with quick service - thanks to the hardworking staff. The breakfast is tasty although there are limited options. The hotel is situated close to Jobys mall, right in the heart of Palakkad. Strongly recommended!

Worst experience. Unwanted irritating policies, they served only 1 bottle water for the room with 3 pax , mattress are old, bed sheet ,pillow cover everything high time to change, day by day its graph is going down, not worth for what you pay.

Worst management and poor service. Unwanted policies that makes us irritating. In room only provides 1 bottle as complementary even if u are checked in 2 or 3 paid pax. You will never get a satisfied service from what you have paid.

It's a good place for rooms and its hall is great! We can conduct small functions here... The staff's are also good....

Spacious rooms.. middle of the city.. accessible to both railway station and bus stand..

Horrible service and hotel. Bathrooms are literally dirty and smelly. We had to book this hotel as it was an unplanned journey and we wanted to try a new hotel . We normally stayed at srichakra or Indraprastha. This time we thought let's go for a new place ane this turned out to be our worst experience. Please do not visit this hotel

The lobbies on flour 4th and 5th have no fan or AC ..... The response of the receptionist was very casual about it .In the sweltering heat of Palakkad had to wait for 2 hrs in really hot conditions without any fan or AC
