Abudhabi Residency

First of all I would like to thank the ladies from reception who call me before one day to confirm that booking. Room it's was neat and clean the bath room also it's clean.i was njoy in my stay I will recommend with my friends to stay this hotel in Palakkad it's was good.the one thing is we had a problem for the TV we dint get any sport.,hindi,and English channel we get only for Tamil and Malayalam channel.i wanna thank to gentlemen from reception who guided us for site seeing. definetly one day I will come and visit a gain I this hotel. We had visited Palakkad for temple darshan, we stayed for 3 days. We throughly enjoyed our stay in Abu Dabhi Residency. Very good hotel, very good hospitality and staff attitude, particularly the front office staff Ms. Sindhu. Whenever we come next time we will definitely stay here and also recommend to our fritand relatives.

Worst hotel. Not at all neat when we stayed there we had the experience of chasing cockroaches under the cot. No hot water provision in bathroom. Tiles on the floor remain unclean. No proper response when informed to the reception.Worst experience.

Best Service and Good Rooms and faculty is very nice and good hospitality especially appreciated to Manager for quick response and Cooperation and Mrs.Sindu and Mr. Hari.
