As I was looking for some good hotel on a short notice. After some good research, I found this hotel. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the facilities met all our needs. Great value and a comfortable experience overall.

A wonderful stay @ Riverscapes! Rooms are cozy and every rooms gives a picturesque view to the near by green river. Wake up to the birds chirping sound and great views to lake. We're much fortunate to stay in this property in rainy day, which makes the ambiance much more lovely.

Had to attend a wedding in Palakkad and booked a night's stay at Riverscapes. The location is what attracted me first - Right on the riverside. The rooms are quite modern and well arranged, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall, the stay was fantastic and I've never seen this kind of facilities provided at this price point. Will definitely opt for Riverscapes again if I need a stay in Palakkad.

Property is superb, staff is very cooperative , rooms are clean n tidy . Breakfast is south Indian veg Property is at a very good location with river view rooms. Last night we had dinner at Noor Jehan fort hotel biryani and broast unmatchable. Overall the experience was awesome. Five stars for all the hospitality shown by the staff.

Our stay at the hotel was okay. While the breakfast was good, we found quite a few insects and mosquitoes in the room at night. Additionally, there were insects on the floor in the room and even in the restaurant hall during breakfast. The water in the bathroom had a slight yellow tint, but the bathroom itself was clean and well-stocked with basic amenities like dental and shaving kits, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The hotel is new, but there is still room for improvement in management. The night receptionist was decent. The welcome drink offered was Tang served in a small paper cup, which could definitely be improved. The room size was average, but the bed and furniture were in good condition.

To say the positive's first, our stay here at Riverscape was excellent. The river view was pleasant for all our families. Needs improvement : The food menu is good with many options, but the order we received weren't what we ordered. Also, the taste was below par. Our Recommendation : Please improve your food quality.
