We stayed in this hotel for 1 night.|Positives |The staff on duty was friendly and prompt in responding. Room rate was reasonable. Room is spaceous. Bed is comfortable and enough for a 3 member family. Ac was working well. Value for money.||Negatives|Now a days people are more conscious about cleanliness... WC, washbasins and bathroom floor need proper cleaning. The airfreshner hanged in the washroom is empty and toilet doesn't have any fresh fragrance. Room cupboards are dusty need cleaning. Fan regulator is not working.

Nice room. Clean bathroom AC working perfectly. Nice bed. Comfortable stay. Very near to Ottapalam Railway station and Ottapalam bus Stand. Good selection for travelers. The only thing is drinking water is chargeable. Hotel located on fourth floor and lift available. Recommended for families and couples

Room is nice but compared to rate its not worth. In online its showing 1600/- for one day and if we contact directly to their reception it will cost 1200/- only. So better go for direct booking. Restaurant available in ground floor. Ambient parking. No hot water facility. Good for one day staying.

It is close to Bus stand, rooms are clean, Mr.Thomas is Manager, single handedly helps in all your needs. Best resturant is located at ground floor. Great experience in a 24 hours stay.

Good rooms with fair price. Situated inside the complex and in the fourth floor. Very near to bus stand. Very good service.

Pathetic Manger is a fraud. He gives fake assurances of amenities and later demand for more money during check out. Ruthless person even asks to downgrade to other rooms to fill in other customers. Rooms are below average, congested. No ventilations as the rooms are on top floor of a shopping complex. Before checkin, I was Informd of having hot water. There is no hot water at all. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

When i called the hotel manager he gave a price of Rs.900 for the stay amd i negotiated and fixed for Rs.700. When i came here and I asked for blankets he was saying they wont give blanket for Rs700 price and also no soap and bath towel. When i complained about it he told me only this level of service is what he can make and tried coaching me business tricks and i felt that i am in some kind of fish market or under wear shops we see on the side of walkways.

Room is well maintained, Receptionist is well friendly. I am coming second time. Complimentory pack is given for both times. Nice stay.
