The room was very neat and clean. Service was also good with nice complementary breakfast.

Choose this place only if you have an urgent business near the ottapalam railway station which is a stones throw away from this hotel. The hotel is only for bar goers and not families or for people who would prefer cleanliness and decency and safety during their stay. I chose their suite room and still couldn't escape the adversities the hotel had to offer. First of all you have to phone them directly to book but that was a mistake, please only book after you personally inspect the rooms and surroundings, regardless the staff won't care , room service requests take hours to respond, the rooms are smelly and the area is filled with drunkards causing one issue or the other , the staff are also favoured towards them and are ignorant about the other other guests staying inside. Nothing works inside the constantly foul smelling room, no one to attend the in-house restaurant and the complimentary breakfast is a joke. Even after addressing them all to the staff promptly no resolution happens.|I will never recommend this place to anyone !

The service in the hotel is ridiculously poor. Mr Govind, who is supposed to be one of owners is requested to look into the service offered by your staff. They are imagining to be bigger than the customers who visit them. ||I had gone there for lunch with a couple of my friends. Even after waiting for more than 40 minutes it was not served. When we complained only the lunch was served. With this attitude of staff it is better to visit other hotels. ||Unnikrishnan|Ottapalam

Extremely delighted with the service! Stayed while official travel to Ottappalam! Last priority was this hotel while booking - but unexpectedly reached due to hectic traffic then thought of settling there. Renovated rooms with good amenities, great ambiance, great hospitality, superb dinner & complimentary breakfast. Highlight - I asked for an iron box but they collected my dress and served after pressing neatly !! Need miss this place while you consider to stay in Ottapalam

Washrooms were not clean......then they alloted another room...it's was just ok only...also can smell the dust in room...but the service was good....room cleanliness has to be improved....it's not upto the mark....felt wastage of money

Have been a regular customer of this hotel bar/Ac restaurant for a few months. Staff are friendly and try to do their best in service. A few times there were issues about food. Such complaints or opinions are not accepted with courtesy and they tend to punish the customer in their next order by giving more worse food !! Nowhere in hotel industry you can find such attitude. Customer complaints / opinions have to be treated with professionalism and as a route to better service delivery. Here they least bother because it is a near monopoly - only 2 bars in Ottapalam town. A lot of film production related activities take place here in and around the town. So they have always new unsuspecting customers coming to the place, seeing its outer architecture and external ambience. But you will see the worst in service and food. For a day the suffering is ok despite the fact that you pay very high rate for room and food. So, suggest to avoid this place if you can. This is based on my personal experience with no ill will to the staff in the bar and restaurant who were courteous enough. The management / owners seems to be completely unprofessional and insensitive and just want to grab as much as they can by using the external ambience, and internally it is a horrible place, except the few cordial staff members. If you order Prawn fry, they will give you Prawn dry, with lot of salt and you can't eat it !! And they charge you Rs. 200 for making you starve for the night. So you decide whether to be here or somewhere else when you want to stay in Ottapalam.
