Average Rooms. It was over priced for that fecility they provided. I took a room for nearby shooting purpose , I reached there early morning a staff was there , their service is good , clean room. But my rooms shower pipe was leaking. Small parking area besides the building, and its main main entrance is narrow so it's difficult to drive a car there, so it's better to use their parking area. And also parking area is not visible from the main road ...

Price for DOUBLE BED ROOM Rs.600 per day. Expect what you can get from a low budget lodge then you will be satisfied. Nominal price. Near to railway station. There is police station too near by. Will recommend only for males as bathroom is small.

Just opposite to Ottappalam Police Station, the rooms are amongst an area of offices of Notaries and Lawyers. Rooms are affordable starting from 600 for single bed upto 1200 for AC room. Personally I have stayed here twice and had taken the 600 rooms. Rooms are very nicely maintained including single cot, a table, a large mirror and the 2nd time even had a clothes hanger. Bathroom is bit smaller compared to the room but does the job. Clean and neat. Overall, very affordable place at a walkable distance from Ottappalam railway station as well as the bus stand...

The Lodge offers a budget stay in Palakaad.The single Non-ac room where We stayed,was full of all basic Facilities.I was amazed by seeing that this hotel also offers Doctor on call Facility on such a low price.Television and table fans were in the room.Food Facility was also nice.

Its a lodge in the middle of the town. The price is very reasonable and cheap. The location is the main attraction. Rooms were clean, but the bedlinen was not that much satisfactiory. Staffs were friendly.

Perfect for a one day stay for bachelors. Very near to the railway station and the main ottappalam hub and private bus stand.
