We were actually traveling from Wayand and found this amazing place to stay in for a night on our way back home. A luxurious place to stay in for family and friends with a great river view. The room was spotless on arrival and I must commend on their customer services. The staff went over and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The pool closing time was at 8pm and even after arriving the resort after the said time they allowed us to access the pool on our request. They even gave us a discounted value for our stay as we were only spending few hours on that place. Overall, new and a well maintained property with an excellent river view from swimming pool as well as from the rooms. I would love to visit the property again and spent more time. Having said that, there were few little things that caught my mind which they could improve on, like they were no proper hanger, tooth brush and toothpaste kit , a mini fridge provided in the rooms. But honestly I didn't even feel it was an issue as the other things were top notch. Recommending Nexstay Grand Chaliyar to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Nice, clean and modern Hotel. Magnificent view over the river and forest. The infinity pool has one of the best views I have ever had. The breakfast was good but dinnerfood took very long and was medium good. The staff was sweet and helpful. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Disappointing Stay at Nexstay Chaliyar Hotel I recently stayed at Nexstay Chaliyar Hotel with my wife and child, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration with the hope that it might serve as constructive feedback for both potential guests and the management of the hotel. First and foremost, the communication and customer service were extremely lacking. We had requested the cancellation of breakfast during our stay, but we were charged extra for it nonetheless. Despite our attempts to rectify this issue, the hotel staff remained unresponsive and unhelpful. This kind of disregard for a guest's request is simply unacceptable. Moreover, the condition of the pool at the hotel was far from satisfactory. It was evident that it had not been maintained properly, which was not only disappointing but also posed potential health hazards for guests. What truly disappointed me the most was the lack of responsiveness from the hotel when we raised these concerns. We reached out to them in hopes of addressing the issues and seeking a resolution, but our inquiries went unanswered. I believe that a hotel's success is largely determined by its commitment to customer satisfaction and its ability to address issues promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, Nexstay Chaliyar Hotel fell short in this regard during our stay. I sincerely hope that the management of Nexstay Chaliyar Hotel takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. Neglecting the concerns of their patrons and failing to provide adequate customer service will undoubtedly affect their future customer prospects. In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering a stay at Nexstay Chaliyar Hotel to think twice. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning with a serene atmosphere, and luxurious amenities. My room was spacious and clean. The food at the resort was also exceptional - every meal was delicious and expertly prepared. But what really made my stay so special was the staff. Every member of the team the at Nexstay Grand Chaliyar Resort truly made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I would highly recommend the Nexstay Grand Chaliyar Resort to anyone looking for a resort near Chaliyar river. This resort truly deserves 5 stars.

Disappointing stay... I had a disappointing stay at this location. Despite the positive aspects of a good location and friendly staff, the service was very poor. My apartment didn't have a TV, and even after requesting one, it wasn't installed. I was allocated a villa apartment, which turned out to be a converted house. Unfortunately, this detail was not mentioned during the booking. Additionally, the villa apartment lacked basic amenities like a table, chair, mirror, wardrobe, and hot water.It's disheartening when basic facilities are overlooked, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

We were looking for destinations for family holiday. It came as a surprise that there is a place which is besides Chaliyar river. With some questions in our mind and small bumpy ride, we went to the place last month and to our surprise it was a great choice. The view was mesmerising and we were welcomed by thunder showers, the infinity pool gave a luxurious touch to the place along with the nice walkways and a small park. The restaurant has limited options, but the people in the restaurant were so good and grateful to us to oblige to our request of special breakfasts. Overall this is a great place to stay for a family , for couples as well as anyone else. To the team at Grand Chaliyar, Thank you for the experience.
