A very good experience we had at sreelakshmi. Service rooms and food was very good. Neat place and very friendly employees. Special mention to Mr Prem who took care of our needs and requests on a timely basis. Overall had a pleasant stay.

Our recent stay in Hotel Sreelekshmi Residency was really enjoyable with their impeccable services and security. The connectivity to the city and other infrastructure was really helpful. The behaviour of staffs, especially Prem was outstanding. Overall that was a very comfortable and memorable experience.

Absolutely Disastrous Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the service and the condition of the hotel. Firstly, the staff's behavior was appalling. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of professionalism. It felt like they were doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence. Secondly, the room itself was subpar. The bathroom water was absolutely disgusting. It was discolored and had an unpleasant odor, making it unusable. This is a basic necessity, and the fact that it was not addressed is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, I was charged an exorbitant fee for checking out slightly earlier than the designated time. When I questioned this charge, the staff could not provide a valid reason, leaving me with the impression that they were simply trying to squeeze every last penny out of their guests. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The combination of rude staff, poor room conditions, and unjustified charges makes this hotel a place I would never recommend to anyone. Save your money and your sanity - stay far away from this establishment.

The rooms are simple and fairly straightforward, nothing fancy. The service and food here are very good , but what really stands out is the customer service. The staff is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address any requests or feedback. A big shout out to Rameez, the Operations Manager for making sure the stay was good, and the front desk team--Siju, Prem, and Rajalakshmi--for making our stay smooth. Prem was especially helpful in arranging resources, providing timely support, and even booking cabs when needed. Sudhi at the restaurant ensured our meals arrived on time and was always respectful and attentive. It's rare to experience such great service in a small town like Choonad. Truly appreciate the team's effort--please keep up the amazing work!

Good hotel in the area with amazing food options & hospitality from staff. Food were all freshly cooked & what amazed me the most were the behavior from staff. They were absolutely on top of all things & went out of their way to make our stay great. Kudos to Prem, Rajalakshmi, Siju, Rameez & the entire staff team for a job well done !

We recently booked eleven rooms at Sreelakshmi Residency for our wedding guests, and we must say it was an exceptional experience for our guests! Mr. Harshan and the other hotel staff ensured that the rooms were allocated as per our request. The rooms were clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was tasty and it was ready even for guests who had to take an early flight. The hotel staff were courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our guests had a memorable stay. We appreciate Mr. Harshan and his team's warm hospitality and highly recommend Sreelakshmi Residency to anyone looking for a good hotel near Kayamkulam.

Rooms and amenities are good. Good hospitality. Staff are courteous and helpful. Good food. Will definitely recommend this place. Stayed there for three days in Feb'25.

We expected something but we received very bad experiences, in the initial leval they will say a small amount , and once it comes to the billing session it will change completely, the will add up a lots of extra amount , we 47 people struggled, they charge higher price on extra person even without extra bed and they will not tell about the extra amount initially, I asked in the initial ,then they said it's OK we can manag and they charged morethan 7500 extra for it, and just for 2 dosage and chutney they charged 160 per person, and most of the rooms when we opened the tap drainage water came up , never ever suggestible,, now you are trying to manipulate, I have the previous not with me , and I have already mentioned before itself ,I ll cancel the rooms if it's not required and the manager agreed that , I didn't ask for discount, And I don't need any single discount from you , you have changed the word in the last moment it's like cheating
