We had visited St. Antony's church located in Chettikad and on our way home after spending the afternoon at church we decided to look around for a meal. We came across this hotel as we were passing by to another place as this was the only hotel with proper parking. From the kindest watchman who was ever so considerate to the front receptionist this hotel has 5 star service to offer. Relived by the air conditioning in the hot summer day we stepped into a clean and ambient seating area for some delicious food! From the service we received from Pranav ( server) to the managers that checked in on us through out the service, this is worth your time and money! Honestly a jem in the sea!

Disappointing Stay - Unmet Expectations and Lack of Basic Amenities I booked a suite for my family, as we were 3 adults and 2 kids, and the hotel specifically mentioned that a sofa bed would be provided in the room. We also requested a crib for the younger child. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the crib would be brought to our room at night. However, when we entered the suite, there was no sofa bed, and we had to request an extra bed instead. To make matters worse, when we asked for the crib later, we were told it was "under repair," and that the receptionist was unaware of this issue. Additionally, there was no hot water during our stay, which is a basic necessity. Also, when inquired about dinner options at the hotel restaurant, the manager repeatedly tried to convince us to have the food brought to our room, which felt more like a sales pitch than genuine assistance. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication about these issues. This was not the experience I had expected, especially after booking based on the provided amenities.

I visited here to have dinner, and it was really great. The starters and main course were excellent, and the service was top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We recently celebrated our son's baptism at Harbour hotel, and it was an absolutely perfect day from start to finish. The venue was stunning, with the [specific room or ballroom] offering a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere that was ideal for both the ceremony and the reception. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service throughout the event. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we didn't have to worry about a thing. They took care of all the details, including coordinating with vendors and managing the timeline, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day with our family and friends.

The Harbour hotels offered a stunning backdrop for a memorable reunion. It was the perfect setting to reconnect with old friends and share stories. Delicious food and good company made the afternoon truly special. We'll cherish the memories created at this beautiful location.

i came with my family & stayed in #201. Since I was working for Taj Hotels, Le Meridien KOCHI etc, I went around to see the facilities of the hotel & I was really happy. Having such a hotel with a great staff at Munambam, unbelievable! Especially Mr. Arundeep & Ms Anju , their love and hospitality was very much appreciated. Well managed hotel. We stayed here for our diwali vacation.. the rooms, ambience, service were all outstanding.. breakfast was so good too..! Their amenities are too good and they serve you with their utmost sincerity even if we ask something out of their timing schedule.. nice, cozy and clean rooms with best amenities.. warm welcoming staffs. I assure that anyone visits here would enjoy their stay even if it is for a night.

I had a fantastic stay at Harbour Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staffs was so courteous. the room was so comfortable and clean. i truly experienced a top notch service. Food is also good . Overall very good experience
