Recently hosted my engagement at this beautiful resort, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hall was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our special occasion. A special mention to the staff ,Mr Sreejesh and team -- every person we interacted with was warm, courteous, and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our time there. The food was delicious, with a good variety that pleased all our guests, and the ambience of the entire resort was serene. Would highly recommend this place for events and a relaxing stay.

Restaurant Experience I visited this restaurant recently and was quite disappointed with the service. One moment made the visit especially uncomfortable. A supplier brought plates to our table, but soon after, his leader / staff came and told him the plates were meant for another table. Then, they took the plates back from us. It was awkward and felt very unprofessional. I'm really surprised to see so many 5-star reviews for this place. Yes, the ambience is nice and the river view is beautiful, but the service I experienced didn't match the high ratings. I'm giving 2 stars only for the location and atmosphere. The staff behavior and management need a lot of improvement.

The best resort in Neeleshwar. Great ambience, just next to backwaters its a pleasant place and calm. Food is very tasty and worth every penny. In the lush green the swimming pool is located and its very clean and we had lots of fun. The staff is very kind to guest. Overall it's value for money

A Tranquil Stay by the Backwaters Situated by the backwaters, this hotel offers a pleasant experience with a well-maintained garden and beautiful trees. The rooms are very spacious, providing ample comfort. The restaurant and service are absolutely impeccable, with a highly professional and attentive staff. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, and I recommend.

Entry to Exit, everything was top notch, we didn't stay here but lived here. Great experience and will recommend this resort to everyone. All the staff at the resort were very polite, Mr Sunesh in the front desk was awesome. Ms Deepti at the Riverside Restaurant was the best, we were very impressed with her efforts. Great experience.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The hospitality was extremely poor -- the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the toilet was blocked, and despite repeated complaints, no prompt action was taken. There was no hot water available either, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Given these basic issues, the high charges were completely unjustified. Definitely not recommending this place and won't be returning.

Excellent place for short stays. Staffs were polite and helpful. Restaurant provide good quality food.

One of my best experience amongst all the hotels i have visited in the recent past. Had booked 2 rooms, one was a room requested for a physically challenged person. I was provided with a room that met all the standards required to make the stay independent, for the physically challenged. The floor, the room size, the bathroom with all its fixtures and antiskid flooring. I was surprised at the standards they have kept even though this hotel is not among the most travelled or touristic places in Kerala. Though i did have a relatives home to stay, i think the stay in the hotel has more than made up for what i needed. Not to forget the warmth of all the staff, right from the security at the gate, to the reception who received us beyond midnight. The ever so helpful restaurant staff who not only provided us with delicious food but served them with lot of love and warmth. Each one made our hectic stay so much relaxing and joyful. Will give it a 5 star rating and recommend each one to try this hotel when ever they plan to vist North Kerala or Kasaragod in particular. Thank you GOKULAM NALANDA RESORT. Will come back again.
