It's really a home away from home. It is one of the best places for those who want to enjoy the natural beauty of kerela. It's very good place for family and big groups outing with kids. The owner Mr. David takes utmost care of the guests. A well furnished kitchen and good dining area is an added advantage for people staying with family and kids. All Rooms are AC and have good ethnic looks and a positive aura in surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay in mayoorpanjaram. Highly recommended.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Stands out with its traditional wooden architecture. Cleanliness & hygiene is well maintained. Toiletaries provided. No room service. Kitchen is avilable for making your own tea or coffee. Great value for money. The owner, Mr. David is very kind and helpful.

Stayed at Mayoorapanjaram while visiting Chenkal Siva temple. Very beautiful location near a huge pond. The infrastructure is similar to a traditional house with enough services available like wifi, A/C. They even have a common kitchen and dining area. Loved staying here.

This is located next to a pond. It is a very beautiful location. You get a very good ambiance here. It is very easy to go to Sri Maheshwaraswara Temple from here.

Mayoorapanjaaram - A beautiful stay at a serene location. I was on a brief trip to Kanyakumari District to attend a marriage. I looked out for a silent & clam stay and this place fitted the bill perfectly. The owner of the property - Mr. David was there during check-in, checkout and whenever I wanted him to be. He will arrange food from the nearby restaurant. He also arranged for a nice boat ride in Poovar. Mr. Vishnu, a nice auto-man took me there and to Kovalam beach. The room and the toilet made of wood are tidy and neat. Each and every room are aesthetically designed. The property is located at Valiakulam meaning - a big pond. A perfect setting for a morning walk. A good five kilometers from the town, you are sure to spend your time enjoying nature.

Just got back from a wonderful trip to Trivandrum, the highlight was undoubtedly our stay at chennkal . We chose this place because our daughter was participating in a south zone sports event that was being hosted by a school close by, I must say that we had our own doubts till we reached the property, but our fears were laid to rest as soon as we checked in.The host Mr David was present at the property during check in and ensured that we got all the information that we needed regarding the food arrangements and travel support. There is no in house dining facility but the property has a fully equipped kitchen that is at the disposal of the guests. Swiggy and Zomato delivers here but the number of restaurants are limited .The whole building is unique and is designed according to traditional Kerala architecture. The entire structure is made of wood. The property overlooks a serene lake and is surrounded by greenery it oozes of old world charm . A lovely place to rewind and relax its natural beauty is overwhelming. Don't expect all the luxuries of city life here but you get all the necessary facilities to keep you comfortable. The WiFi is great and so is the power backup. On the whole a truly hidden gem if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life

The rooms are very beautiful. All wooden, cleaned and quiet. David is a very helpful and responsive host. He does his best everyday for us to feel confortable and happy to stay here. The jungle around is so peaceful and nurrishing. It is a great rest to stay here. Internet is strong and stable.

This is a truly beautiful area with a sense of historical tradition that is perfect for anyone looking for a little peace. The wooden house is situated in a serene and verdant area. Although it's a little inside, the host(David) is incredibly helpful and will set up anything you need--all you have to do is get in touch with him. He can provide recommendations if this is your first time visiting Kerala and you would like some advice.
