Townhouse OAK Neelambari Suite

Neelambari suite in a hotel and restaurant situated on Munnar Highway at Neriamangalam. Me and my family were heading towards Munnar and went there for Lunch with least expectation. However, the restaurant was too awesome. All the food that we ordered was exceptional and the rate was also affordable. Continue giving this exceptional service to your customers.

BIG NO. Read further if interested. Food - below average Service - the worst & slowest ever Toilet - stinkiest ever Took more than an hour to just bring a few Porottas. Don't even want to talk about the time taken for other food items. Very rude staff. They couldn't even bring me a bottle of sauce! Got a glass of water after 45 mins

Awesome location, Fair room.. Only problem is, service is bad as hell... They wont answer any call, no response. Cannot book room from anywhere. Even if we book, canot contact them. You can win a lottery before they answer your cal. Worst

Stayed there since I had exam centre at Marbeselios.. The travel to the location was scenic and climate was good.. Room service for food arrangement (since kitchen is non functional now) and cab Arrangements to travel to exam centre was good.. Booked it online and payment was as per mentioned on online website booked..No extra payment obtained.. Food bought has to be paid.. Bus stop was nearby Haven't explored places around...so can't comment on it.. Actually lights were not good for reading (since the stay was for exam).. Rooms were not too cozy cozy for stay..The scenic view from windows will be liked by nature lovers..

Very very bad experience from the receptionist.He told me that his owner have 35 bars & restaurants.They have too much profit from the bars so they don't want to rent the rooms.If the rooms are empty no problem. I want only one extra bed with suit room,but he was compelling me to take 2 extra bed with extra payment.Otherwise go outside they have good profit from bar.

Stayed with family when came for a friend's marriage function near Puthan Kurishu.. Nice hotel with value for money. Its a standard business class hotel. ||Manager is helpful and courteous. ||Neat and clean room and bathroom with basic amenities. We took a/c room and that gives some greenery mountain view ..||On the way to Munnar and good for short break..

Me with my family went for lunch in this hotel 04-01-15.Advt. was Fish curry Meals @75 Rs...It was just some Gravy of fish served( 50 ml) the maximum.There are two men taking orders and serving food,in casual dress..After serving food we will find them again only when they will bring the bills.We ordered a fish fry which came after our lunch..A small mackeral ( 84 Rs).They did not serve water.So we took a bottle of water kept on the table.They charged it 32 Rs( MRP 15 Rs) I asked them why? Answer was simple-THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL.!!! Better stay away.

I feel lucky to get a chance to stay there. We were travelling from Munnar to Alleppey. Due to bad weather and heavy rain, we decided to stay somewhere on the way. We gave a searched on Google and found some good review about this hotel. Immediately we decided to stay there for that night. We checked in about 10:00 pm and after checking in, We asked them for the dinner. Their restaurant & kitchen was closed but they happily prepared food us. Food was good but bit expansive.||||We did not get chance to check the place before getting in but when we get up early in the morning and opened up the curtain of the window, watched outside and felt spellbound. I never realized that we have chosen such a beautiful place to stay last night. I looked through the window, it was totally covered by green mountains and few pieces of cloud lets are playing on the peaks of the mountains. Also enjoyed the twits & chirp of the beautiful birds. What a great start of the day! I don't know if that place is a wild life sanctuary.||||We ordered for South Indian breakfast at the rooms. Food was fresh and good. We were there with my family, my mother and the family of my brother & sister, total 9 persons. ||||The hotel is adjacent to Kochi-Madurai highway, just on the toe of the mountains. I would highly recommend to try this hotel, if you are travelling through this way and want to explore a new place. We thought to spend few hour at that place but we had to leave just because we need to reach Alleppy by 10:30 am as we were already booked our houseboat there.||||The best thing I noticed there that whenever I met with any staff in the hotel they always pass a sweet smile on their face. I liked it!
