I booked this place directly from the website. Akshay was very supportive with the booking. Just a heads up and be warned, don't go by the photos posted online. This is one building, with three separate hotels running out of one building, which is very strange if you ask me. I was a bit taken back when i saw three receptions the moment i walked in. The owners of the building apart from spending on the building should understand that you need to maintain the place as well. Switches were broken, floor wood tiles were loose, rooms weren't painted in a while, plug points were cracked in. Someone needs to fix this place up. What was worst was the service, insane, hellish, arrogant with no one really caring two hoots to what you want. The two nights and three days that i stayed there, my room was not cleaned, linen weren't changed, the garbage in the bin wasn't disposed or removed, bathrooms weren't cleaned and table and other kitchen tops were wiped. And when i asked the strangely looking blunt faced front desk guy with the mustache (not Akshay), i get the most ridiculous response, which was, "we are not allowed to come into your room". To which i replied, "I dropped off my key at the front desk?!... and he goes, "..yes, but we cannot come in"..????????!!!!!!!!. Guys, even if you want to drop a lame excuse, please use some brains. Just a bit, not really much. In short, a hotel run by morons who have no earthly clue of running or managing a place. Here's the zinger, for a service apartment, there were no places, no spoons, no bowls, no cups, no glasses; and after following on nearly three times, the basics show up. What's even worse is cups, dishes and spoons weren't even cleaned or washed and neither was the garbage taken out. Dreadful experience. I am not sure i'm ever going to be in this joint ever.

Rooms are adequately sized, but cleanliness is an issue to be improvised upon. We checked in to room 403, the walls were damp and gave fungus smell, upon request we were shifted to 410 but the hygiene issue was still there as bed-sheets were not clean and pillow cover was having stains which was replaced by the staff. Location is near to CIAL, but not safe to take a walk during night time as it's a bit secluded. Breakfast spread is limited, and most of it exhausted even though we reached 40mins before closure time. But the lady there was kind enough and prepared something for kids. Overall, I'd say that the property is good, but there's a lot of scope for maintenance and cleanliness.

It's very nice stay, its feel like home, i think there just a room only but its good apartment with good view from balcony, very well maintained.look like star hotel very budget friendly,Just 3 klmtr from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Really i recommend my friends and family.

After staying in a few hotels in kochi we booked this apartment suite Good value for money and felt like home The manager was thorough in his work and helpful. Recommend this to any other hotel in kochi

Please avoid this place at all cost. The cleaness is zero, full of cocroaches - in the bathroom, living & kitchen, bedroom. First room they gave me was moldy. The staff is helpless and the place as such is a tragedy. I have left not spending a night there is it was simply disgusting

The attitude of the front desk executive itself is very bad not apt for anyone never book hotel rooms here. The lift from the parking not working even stair case is closed.

The rooms were as good as rooms from a 5 star hotel. The staff were friendly and caring. It was close to the Kochi airport which helped us in boarding the flight and flights were moving above our head and the swimming pool was amazing

Best, and receptionist were the best, friendly, helping co operative ...nd really neat and like the structure of the rooms...so amazing,, dont think just book
