Paul Residency

Very very close to the airport. They offer free airport pickups. That's a major plus. The room is surprisingly nice for such low fares. If I am stuck at the airport then Paul Residency is where I will come again because if you get free airport pickup together with very comfortable hotel rooms then you can't be asking for more

Amazing service. We had a midnight flight, they picked us up from the airport (we communicated via whatapp). The room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Honestly very disappointed with the stay. We were constantly having to explain ourselves and the owner was being very unreasonable. We came to have a quick break before leaving for our airport and just wanted a place to rest. Some friends came to say final goodbyes before we left for the airport and they weren't welcomed in our room because of the manager of this establishment. Despite us clearly telling him no more than the rooms occupancy would be staying at the establishment for the night. The visitors would be leaving. Very upsetting and disappointing.

So far not a good experience. Hotel did not accept international credit cards. Had to go to the ATM for payment. Had dirty glasses and towel on the room. Room otherwise as described and clean. Staff seemed to be annoyed by our requests to change the towel and glasses.

Receptionist is very rude and not even accept their mistake. They try to blame on us for the complaints raised by us. They are unwilling to accept debit card and insisted for goole pay. Their machine is not working but they say that card is not working and shouted at us.

The hotel's amazing cleanliness, excellent amenities, and professional staff. Also noted that the hotel was reasonably priced and well located.Highly recommended

Very friendly staff and hot water actually runs from the shower! I just wish it wasn't another 1000 rupees just to have ac in the room. Seems too high.
