Marina Suites Airport Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near Kochi Airport and offers a budget-friendly stay in neat and clean rooms. The staff is excellent, providing great service and attention to guests. I stayed here with my family for a night before heading to Munnar. At midnight, I had to take my son to a doctor due to multiple vomiting episodes. The receptionist not only contacted a nearby hospital but also arranged a cab for us. During checkout, they didn't even charge us for the cab. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and care for guests.

We stayed here for a night before catching our flight the next day and had a pleasant experience. The place was economical and decent, with a smooth check-in process. The airport pickup and drop-off cab service was timely and efficient. Breakfast, served through room service, was quite good. Special thanks to Mr. Jerin at the reception, who made our stay even better with his warm, polite, and attentive service. Highly recommend if you wanna stay close to the airport.

Great hotel, very close to the airport, with a super comfy bed and excellent hot shower. After several hotels with hard-as-rock beds and terrible showers, I was so grateful for this hotel. Tasty South Indian breakfast included too! Thanks to the staff for their support and care for my family and I when we were experiencing a difficult time with my mother's health. They were so responsive to our needs and also checked in on us which was very appreciated.

Second time staying at Marina Suites. The first was pleasant, a couple years back. This time, the rooms seem a bit tired, in need for a re-paint. Service also seems a bit unbothered, we were originally assigned ground floor rooms, we asked if it's possible to move to an upper floor, that was rejected as there were "no other rooms". Once I tired the toilet, the flush wasn't working, told the staff and they couldn't sort either. They then re-located us to a room in the 2nd floor! Quite the surprise as they originally said there was no more rooms available. No apology either from staff/manager/owner. Had this place booked again in a week or so, that's now been cancelled due to this experience. Management should look into improving the standard of rooms and ensuring good service at all times.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!. If you are looking for a decent, budget friendly, airport hotel, don't think twice. Go for it. Trust me.. Being an hotelier for 20 years, very impressive. No frills. But 100% value for money. Minimal staff. But they are highly efficient, polite, very much service oriented. Cheers buddies. Being a manager in hospitality, these people are really an asset to the establishment. Being a frequent flyer, I fixed this as my permanent transist spot for airtravel.PERFECT!!!

I recently stayed at Marina Suites for three nights with a companion, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff was excellent, providing good service from the moment we arrived, and they made us feel very welcome. While the toilet could use a more thorough cleaning, the room itself was well-maintained, and the free breakfast was a highlight--delicious and varied enough to start each day on a positive note. The hotel's location, however, wasn't particularly ideal, but the quality of the service made up for it. One unique feature of Marina Suites is their own tourism service. They have a fleet of 17 vans, and Martin, the tourism company owner, was incredibly helpful. He provided excellent guidance for our excursions, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, Marina Suites is a nice hotel with attentive staff, good amenities, and a convenient in-house tourism service. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the care and support provided by both the hotel staff and the tourism team.

We booked the stay our stay thru Agoda .We stayed here for 4 days 3 night before, had a pleasant experience. They arranged free pickup from airport . The place was economical and decent, with a smooth check-in process. Breakfast, served through room service, was quite good. Only minus point was on hot water service. Please improve.
