We stayed here before our flights. We were pleasantly surprised. It's pretty well priced and did the job for a quick stay over. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was quick and accommodating. The man who showed us to our rooms was very kind and he was attentive to all our queries. The location is great for flights.

We have stayed there twice in between 8 mar to 14 march . The location is just approx 1 km from the cochin international airport . U can easily get a prepaid taxi from the airport .there are many restaurants near by.If we talk about service and rooms.rooms were neat and clean and spacious too. And the service, was just awesome. The staff was very polite and helpful in all aspects.

*"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from professional. Right from the beginning, the management's approach seemed unethical. They asked us to pay 50% of the booking amount to a personal account, which felt very shady and unprofessional. It raised serious doubts about their genuineness, as it appeared that they were using this for personal gains rather than proper business transactions. They had fake wifi !!! It doesn't work at all !! We had booked 3 AC rooms, but the experience was terrible. Out of the three rooms, only one had a properly functioning AC. The second room had a barely working AC, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The third room's AC didn't work at all, and despite raising this issue multiple times, the management showed no interest in resolving it. Their "don't care" attitude towards customer complaints made it evident that they prioritize convenience for themselves over guest satisfaction. Their accessories and furniture are of extremely low quality. Overall, the hotel's poor service, lack of accountability, substandard amenities, and unethical practices make it a place I would strongly advise avoiding. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had!"**

Stayed at tjis hotel for early airport drop. Attitude of reception staff very cold. A/c remote not working and no replacement ? Taking the guest dor granted. Most importantly, in spite of repeat reminders airport drop not arranged. Smelly, dingy rooms. Wont stay here for ever

I stayed there for a night; it's located close to the airport. Worth the price and offers great hospitality.

The service is really slow, Lots of powercuts during the day which is really surprising in today's age. Rooms are not well maintained and Wifi facility is available but it really which made really to work if I had to. Overall, The stay pretty much below standard.

The toilet flush was broken and water was leaking everytime. The mug was broken too. Could improve the service.
