We had a wonderful stay at Taj Cochin Airport, Kerala. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, truly living up to the Taj standard. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. Special thanks to Khushboo from the hotel staff, who was extremely helpful and courteous, making our stay even more pleasant. My kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool--it was clean, well-maintained, and a big highlight of our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the hospitality was exceptional. A perfect stay in every way!

We had a fantastic stay at the Taj Hotel in Kerala, conveniently located right opposite the airport and close to the city centre. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions we had their hospitality really stood out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. All the facilities were top-notch, and the spa experience was amazing so relaxing and professionally run. The 24-hour dining service was also a big plus, making it super convenient to order room service whenever we needed. Overall, a wonderful stay. Big thanks to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was travelling to kerala for the first time and I had a two days stay at cochin. I booked the TAJ cochin hotel for my stay and I am very impressed by everything this hotel has to offer.||First of all the location, it ia very near to airport hardly 10 mins. walk. Second the staff at Taj is extremely kind and helpful. We were welcomed by tulsi mala by Ms. Khushbhu at the reception. She was very energetic. She has given us tour of the hotel and guided us to the room.||This is relatively a new property and the rooms the pretty spacious and comforting. They have city view and runway view rooms.||Last but not least, the food is amazing over here. They offer variety of cuisines and live counter has alot of options too.||As a token of farewell we also received a departure gift by Ms. Khushbhu.

Had a wonderful stay for the second time in two weeks at the Taj Cochin International and I must admit, I am looking forward to returning soon. Taj hospitality is legendary and their latest property at Cochin exceeds the demanding expectations. The rooms on both occasions were impeccable, beds super comfy, bathrooms well appointed and stocked with all essentials, and the sumptuous breakfast spread was a delight. But what crowned the Taj experience was its polite, efficient and hospitable staff. A big shout out to the front desk, especially Khushboo Gupta, who helped with my late checkout, booked a cab, and was extremely courteous to walk me to my cab and see me off. A truly wonderful experience to cherish. Will be back soon.

The front office team was incredibly efficient and welcoming, and the restaurant staff made every meal a pleasure with their attentive service. The rooms were immaculately clean, and every little detail was taken care of. It was clear that every member of the team truly cared about providing the best possible experience. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Out of this world is too shallow of a description for the Taj hotel, Cochin. The hotel never fails to go beyond your expectations and is nothing short of classy. There is something distinctively special about the hotel which is hugely accredited to the exceptional employees. The entirety of the staff were remarkably hospitable and warm. The staff made sure our stay was as pleasant as can be. Ms. Kushboo kindly extended her help and was very resourceful. The chefs prepared an exquisite breakfast buffet with a vast array of food from around the world. The archeture was marvelous, each room was nicely laid out and spacious. The hotel has a multitude of amenities. The pool being one of them, it has a spectacular view of the garden and surrounding landscape from the second floor. They also have a spa which offers ayurvedic treatments as well as a sizable gym with a variety of equipment. Decorative fresh cut flowers were present throughout the entire hotel. Taj hotels are the finest hotels in India as well as internationally. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
