Silverstone Inn

Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms and cooperative staff. Shinu and abhinav were cooperative and they helped our group to arrange for a traveller vehicle for 3 days. It made our trip very convenient . Also, the hotel is located close to airport, so much better . The only opportunity that it needs a closest food center. Right now any food center is quite far. However this is not the hotel's mistake.

Ok hotel quite close to Cochin Airport. Bed was comfy and staff polite. There is a free airport shuttle although I had to wait 45 mins to get picked up. Unfortunately even though I spent 400 for an AC room it didn't work. There was no bottled water in the room. Handprints on the walls. Make sure you have cash, even if the claim you can pay with card upon checkout.

I have booked a 3 adult room for my parents who were already at Kochi and for me who was coming from abroad few hours later than the check-in time. The stay was confirmed by email at the time of booking a week prior to the booking date. In addition to that, I talked with the staff one day before to make sure that the reservation is confirmed and they acknowledged the confirmation as well. But the situation changed when my parents went for check-in. My parents were told that there are no rooms available and was re-directed to one of their another branch/partner (Anna Residency)which did not meet the standard and amenities that I expected from SilverStone Inn and yet charged with the same price. I did not get a well standard 3 adult bedroom and one of us lied on the floor with additional mattress & with no comfort. This was a very bad experience and would never appreciate it. The hotel staff should've informed me earlier about the problem with their system or they should've have moved us to another hotel with the same standards rather than redirecting to a low standard hotel - Anna Residency.

Great staff and great rooms. The property is located very near the airport and had complimentary pick up service. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the area is pleasant. The building and surroundings is very well maintained. The manager Shino Sebastian was very helpful and friendly and arranged everything in a hassle free manner. This property was a great find for such a reasonable price and I'm glad I chose Silverstone. If you want a clean, quiet place very near the airport, this is the place to go to.

Its just 5 mins away from the Kochi Aiprort. They also provide complimentary Airport pick-Drop service even in late night. Staff was very cordial and the property is clean and spacious.
