Sapphire Inn

The only good point is its location, about 500 metres from Kochi (Nedumbassery) international terminal. Tiny rooms (10x10), a bit musty. Door did not lock properly, bathroom switch had to be hit hard to turn on (B7), no cover on duvet (housekeeping says only 50% have covers), had to ask for second towel for spouse eben tho I booked double occupancy); towel old and yellowing. No breakfast. But lots of restaurants nearby. Aryaas veg restaurant right across the road. Offers pickup and drop for 350 (airport counter taxi 550 no waiting).

Very bad behaviour of receptionist.deluxe room pictures were shown and misbelived us Asked 1400 for a double room and it looked like a dog cage. The bathroom was smelly and not cleaned. I had a very bad experience in that hotel 6/12/24.

Rooms are Clean, Lodge Staff are friendly...cheap,Peace and clean room...,,and near to Kochin international airport just 150 mtr...distance.....it is Super ...Budget Lodge

The only pro about this hotel is that, it is near the airport. List of cons: 1) Price based on mood. 2) Every time there is a powercut, there will be a diesel shortage. 3) Forget about room service. 4) If you are from any other state than Kerala, you are buying disrespect.

This place is very close to cochin airport. Very close to terminal 1. Good place to stay for a night. I enjoyed my stay over here. Was really awesome.

People from states other than Kerala are paying for discrimination. Don't expect a power backup; apparently every time they will be out of diesel. Prices are based on the mood of the receptionist.

Honestly, I do not think it is worth the 1515/-Rs price to stay for one night. Even from there, a taxi ride to the airport costs almost 350 Rs/-. There are lots of other choices that are better than this one. There are peeling off of the paints in the wall, which makes me think this building is very old. Small is very small but that's ok at least. Toilet is not well maintained I can see over all stains in mirror pipes, flush. In general, I do not want to stay here any longer. Ratings should never be trusted. I will only give 1/5 stars.

This hotel is within the range of Cochin international airport. The airport is around half a km from this hotel. The room looked good. But it was not clean. Started sneezing after a day's stay. The pillows were dirty covered by clean pillow covers. The mattress was stinking. The floor mat was bad. It was all very dirty as well. Very disappointed with the stay. If you are not bothered about all these it is a better place for staying. Otherwise there was a painting on this hotel's front wall which was very nice.
