We had an amazing stay during our babymoon, and this place exceeded our expectations! The private pool was spotless, adding to the luxury and comfort of our experience. The birthday surprise decoration was beautifully arranged, making the celebration even more special. The spa experience was truly relaxing, thanks to the well-trained and professional staff who ensured everything was perfect. While the room had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, a smart TV would have been a nice addition. However, with everything else being top-notch, this was hardly a concern.

Saj Earth Resort has been my go-to destination for over a decade, and it never fails to impress! I recently stayed here with my wife and boys, and as always, it was a fantastic experience.||The highlight for my boys is undoubtedly the longest swimming pool I've seen in any resort. The pool elegantly surrounds the main building, making every moment by the water a joy.||The ambiance of the resort is simply wonderful--serene, welcoming, and ideal for relaxation. Its location right next to Kochi International Airport makes it incredibly convenient, especially for travelers.||The food is excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes, and the spa services are top-notch, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience.||Special mention to the manager, Benjamin, and Akash, who go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm hospitality adds a personal touch that keeps me coming back year after year.||I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi. It was a nice stay, except that the floors had a bit of dust on the floors. The washroom taps and all seemed a bit aged. Expected a bit more. But the pool access was nice and service was also very good. All employees are very polite and helpful. Overall had a good time

SAJ Hotel Cochin is a lovely surprise, offering a luxurious stay with a rural feel, and it's just a short walk from the International Airport. The property is large with plenty of fun activities for kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are lots of food options to choose from. It's a great place for a relaxing holiday or a family getaway. Overall, SAJ Hotel Cochin is a beautiful and convenient spot to unwind and enjoy some leisure time.

We booked club room 504, we had bad experience that floor was not mopped well it was sticky for entire room... when we switch on restroom switch exhaust run with irritating noise dissatisfied with the experience on 504. other rooms was good

Location - Near to airport. Rooms - Took Pool view Deluxe room, not up to 5 star mark. Not well maintained. Cloth storage area looks bad. Bathroom also not up to the standards. Swimming Pool - Its a big pool and purified/cleaned daily. But the pool requires serious maintenance. Minimum depth is 3ft and no specific kids pool. I will give a big thumps up for the sliders kept near the pool, that is of good experience Food - Breakfast was good and had varieties (we took complimentary). Dinner we had ala-carte and it was cheaper when compared to other 5 star hotels. Service - Room service and Restaurant service was very good. Bar - Ambience is good, but cocktails served at night is what told to me (that felt strange to me) Kids zone - There is a children play area, it is well maintained. Play zone - They have a good room space for Table tennis, Billiards, Caroms, Chess There is no feedback form kept to get any comments from customer.

The stay at saj earth resort was fine. Its a beautiful property with poor maintenance. The reception team was excellent. The check in and check out processes were swift and hassle-free, front office staff were friendly and professional. Especially Indraja. She have service skill is exceptional, really good at taking care of us and also she assisted throughout our stay.|There were some negative sides,|They have large pool but is not maintained well.||The rooms were average and did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star property. Rooms are having stain on floor, spider web on walls.||Overall the resort main attraction were front office team and location only.

This is not a 5 star or even a 4 star. My room had a damp musty smell. The driveway way and carpark needs immediate attention. Not a good look. The grand ballroom is large and beautiful. So I'm given credit where credit is due. The pool area needs some work. Gardens are beautiful. However the place is not as big as it looks in pictures. For me this is a 3 star max. The restaurant staff was excellent. Food ok.
