The room was nice but the view from the window was okay. The AC was very cold and no temperature control in the room. The overall stay was okay. But the hotel did not provide me the bill while checking out even though I informed them the check out time and cleared all the bills one day before. I went there one more time to collect the bill, then also they did not provide it. So, I asked them to post it. They posted it after several phone calls. But hotel manager asked me to pay 200 rupees for 42 rupees postage, which should be paid by the hotel as they failed to provide the bill to me in the first place. Overall the hotel staff at the front desk and the manager are incapable to do their job properly. They just want make money by doing petty things.

Really bad service. Doesnt know how to treat customers

Checked in on 17th January 2024 for a night and checked out on 18th January 2024. While checking in breakfast was offered and in the morning they said they cant provide. Very un ethical behavior and rude nature from GM and front staff. We were thinking hotel is good but it is the employees who make a place worse. I hope the owner is ok with this kind of unprofessional people. I will rate service below 0. Never again we will opt this place

I'm sorry to write this, i arrange my son's birthday function there, we got very bad service from your side, no professional there to codinate the function, i never recommend your hotel for anyone .
