From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, who made us feel at home instantly. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care created a nurturing environment that allowed us to fully immerse our family in the healing journey. The treatments were exceptional--thoughtfully designed, deeply rejuvenating, and personalized to my needs. Whether it was the Ayurvedic therapies, yoga sessions, or meditation practices, Kalari, every aspect of my stay was carefully curated to restore balance and well-being. The therapists were highly skilled, and their dedication to healing was evident in every session. Beyond the treatments, the serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere added to the overall experience. The blend of nature, holistic care, and compassionate guidance made my stay truly unforgettable. If you're looking for an Ayurvedic retreat in Trivandrum, you're definitely spoilt for choice. But let me tell you, INDIMASI stands out from the crowd! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the team here is something special. The therapists and doctors working alongside Dr. Mubarak are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely make you feel you are in good hands . You can tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference in your experience. And don't even get me started on the restaurant staff! They've mastered the art of making healthy food delicious. We were even treated to a healthy birthday cake that was baked just for a patient - and yes, we ALL indulged and loved it! A big shout-out to Christo, the Operations Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Seriously, this guy is on top of it! Now, let's talk about the cherry on top: the yoga and kalari classes with Guru ji. These sessions weren't just informative, they were fun and lively! Guru ji is always ready for an insightful discussion, and if you're into asking questions, he's your guy--more questions lead to more great answers! The facilities were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, and the surroundings are just stunning--lush with fruit trees and vibrant flowers. The resident dog, Sundari, and the guinea fowls were the sweetest companions during our walks! Overall, an unforgettable experience at a place run by an absolutely amazing team. A beautiful place with a wonderful view. Calm and safe. Everything was amazing from massages to the food. The staff are really nice and they look after you very well. The yoga classes were great benefit. Greate place to try Ayurvedic treatment

Outstanding experience with Indimasi. Vinoji has an amazing skill with the relaxing treatment. It was worth the drive and time. Great experience with Doctor Mubarak as well, suggested all the right trigger points. Will try to visit again on my next trip to Kerala.

I spent 28 days at Indimasi healing village in Kerala. My goals were weight and stress management and these goals were more than fulfilled. It was my first treatment so I have no comparison. The spacious property is well maintained and is currently extended; it lies in a peaceful, quiet environment which is safe to be explored by foot. I stayed in 2 different rooms throughout my stay and both were comfortable, clean and quiet. The whole staff has always been very helpful and friendly, from the gardeners over the kitchen and reception staff to the doctors. The treatments were, as far as I can say, very good and intense (90-120 min). My two main therapists Vineya and Ashuaty assured that I always felt safe, comfortable and cared for. The only thing I would have wished for are more regularly scheduled consultations with the head doctor. I was always able to talk to Dr. Mubarak when I asked for it, but set consultations on a regular basis and a more thorough examination and explanation of my dosha type and consecutive decisions concerning my treatment would have helped my understanding for the whole ayurvedic process taking place, especially since it was the first time. I understand the limited amount of time for every patient, but that is something I consider very important especially for first-time patients like me. I recommend reading about ayurvedic treatments and dosha-related illnesses before coming here as it helps asking the right questions and understanding the treatments better. The fact that Indimasi is an ayurvedic hospital with a spiritual leader, Guruji, makes it very special. The daily Kalari lessons, meditation and Yoga lessons complemented my whole stay very well. For me personally it was a very good first ayurvedic experience!

Hidden gem near Trivandrum. Little picturesque healing resort surrounded by a jungle. Excellent medical facility with 5 star Team. Doctors are on call 24/7. The healing protocol is superb. All the treatments are top quality. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant provides a varied and tasty organic food grown within the facility or sourced locally. Meditation, kalari and yoga are led by Guru Gi, which makes the entire experience super special. Loved the place, coming back next year with friends.

This place is truly a healing village in every sense. I first heard about it during an evening walk with a friend. Curious, I looked it up and learned a little, but I decided to experience it for myself--without any expectations. Looking back, I'm so glad I did. Dr. Mubarak is not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate in his approach. I used to believe that Ayurveda takes a long time to show results and has a low probability of curing ailments. However, after spending two weeks here, my perspective has completely changed. I can feel a remarkable difference in my body, and it's working for me in ways I never imagined. One of the standout aspects of this place is its exceptional hospitality. From Guruji and Dr. Mubarak to the housekeeping and support staff, everyone here exudes warmth and care. The atmosphere is so welcoming that it doesn't feel like a hospital--it's something entirely different, something you can only truly understand when you experience it yourself. A special mention to Christo and Gowri, who go above and beyond to ensure that any concern--big or small--is taken care of, no matter the time. And Ashish from the restaurant--his dedication is incredible. Simply sharing a dietary preference with him, and he ensures that it's prepared within the doctor's guidelines. A heartfelt thank you to Guruji and Dr. Mubarak for creating such a wonderful space of healing and transformation. I am deeply grateful for this experience.

We are very happy that the first place we ever went to in India was Indimasi. The therapy here is really cool, the people working here are very dedicated and open, always ready to help with anything. Guruji is very sensitive and intelligent, he is able to find the right approach and accessible explanations even for those who do not know much about Ayurveda. Appreciate that he is able to find such a way for people with different religious habits to find their path in the system and enter into knowledge. The lectures on treatment and general lifestyle are clear and useful. The hotel is very clean, great team in the kitchen, great team everywhere, many thanks for Kavita and Deepa for the hands and souls. The dietary meals are not boring at all, on the contrary, magical. Thank you for the cooking class. A huge thank you to the Indimasi team for an impromptu and delightful celebration of our wedding anniversary, which they only found out about in the afternoon. A beautiful table was set by the pool and a beautiful bouquet of roses was found where roses don't usually grow! The location in the mountains away from the sea in our opinion is very right - nothing distracts from the treatment, there are no unnecessary temptations, just improve your body and spirit! For swimming there is a large and very clean swimming pool with a marvellous view of nature. In a word - only benefits.
