Can't rate any lesser Such poor and irresponsible staff who gives the impression that they don't want any guests to come to their hotel It's an okay stay with real piss poor management

It is like those people don't want us to stay there... Zero Service... That guy in reception refused to get up from the sleep to get us the key

Very bad. Paid and Booked a room via make my trip. On the same day there is a hartal declared on that location. I informed to hotel but they are not ready for refund. Actually i needed only the change of dates with the same payment. But the app and the property owner both cheated me and they are making black money by this kind of betrayel.

Good place for chilling at low cost

Hate it. It is soo bad. The way they advertise it is totally different from the reality. They told 24 hrs hot water availability, but we didn't get for all the 3 days of stay. There is no complimentary breakfast or hotel service, which is a basic service these days. Room service and reception people are also very bad. Basically no service at all.

Good property....there is a bar inside and good service and ambience

Disappointed:- I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. I booked two rooms: a suite room that normally accommodates 4 people, but was told could fit 5 as a favor, and an executive room that normally fits 2 people, but was told could fit 3 as a favor. However, when I arrived with my guests, the manager (one lady) reneged on this agreement, embarrassing me in front of them. I was forced to book an additional room, which was an extra expense. To make matters worse, we didn't receive complimentary breakfast as it is common in all hotels, and the AC in the rooms frequently shut off, making our stay uncomfortable. I never expect better service and honesty from this establishment. Not needed any more............. #DonotRecommend #WorstService
