Elenji Vitara Resort

My stay at Elenji Vitara in Munnar was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff's rude and unaccommodating behavior set a negative tone for our entire visit. To make matters worse, they only provided one complimentary water bottle for the whole stay, with additional bottles being chargeable. The towel situation was equally frustrating, as we had to request towels daily, and on the second day, we were given only one towel for two people. The hotel's location was dreadful, with poorly maintained roads leading to it, and on Christmas Eve, we had to walk the last 1.5 km along a scary, unlit path due to the lack of transport. The cleanliness of the hotel was also subpar, with the dustbin not being emptied for three days. Overall, I would not recommend Elenji Vitara to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Munnar

The view, the place, the rooms and the service everything is perfect. Just the bathing shower is a little slow so it's 4/5; rest all is absolutely fine. A good and quite place for family to stay with a fantastic sunrise view.

booked 2 rooms for 2 days at elenji revive. in booking.com. but didnt got rooms at elenji revive. insted they gave low specification rooms at their elenji vitara resort ... due that we are unable to review in booking.com almost all the resorts are doing this type activity for not getting negative reviews in booking.com app

It was very peaceful to stay at the Elenji Vitara Resort, and the resort owner, Thomas, was friendly and supportive. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the candlelight dinner and room decoration. Overall, the room was very clean, neat, budget-friendly, and peaceful to stay in.

Recommended only for bachelors . For family's is not worth and location is also too far.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was thoroughly disappointed. The room was in poor condition even though the room fare was high.

Hotels situated just away from main route. If you like stay in calm place, stay here. Otherwise for site seeing booked restaurants near main course of line.
