Very good and budget friendly rooms with neat and clean toilet and other necessary things well mannered owner with good service the main highlight is its just 60 meter away from the KSRTC Bus stand.... Loved the way they treated

Nice room with god service, owner is very friendly and ensured a hassle-free stay and he was also very helpful and ensured a smooth check-in process. Honestly i do not recommend this place, you have way better options in the same price and on the exactly same street. The staff is not that nice as the rest of the reviews, they didnt even provide toiletry, we stayed as a couple and they didnt want to give us more than one towel. the room is small, the walls are very thin so you hear everything, location is good and shower is ok. But as i mentioned above, you can find way a better place to spend your night.

The despicable staff locks the doors at night, so you have no way out of this hole. No windows and as expensive as all the nice places around. Shame

The place a has a beautiful view from the balcony. The management is very helpful and friendly. They are too helpful

Location is good as there are restaurants close by, room is neat and clean. Manager/owner is very friendly and polite. But room is very small and hot water will be available only from 6am to 9am. Also parking is not available, you will have to park the car along the road side (like 30 meters away from hotel).

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Room and Room Manager left much to be desired. While I had high hopes for a smooth and efficient process, I was met with numerous frustrating situations that impacted my overall satisfaction. Moreover, the room manager's handling of my concerns left much to be desired. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was palpable, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory stay.
