Very pleasant experience staying in vibe Munnar. The staffs r extremely friendly. V were received by staff Bharathy. We liked her kind gesture n hospitality especially.Food was so gut friendly. Met Authenticity as well modern westernised taste. Can provide some more kid friendly activities too. Took a wellness spa . The therapy was so excellent n soothing. Overall a great experience

I had an amazing 2-night stay at the Mountain View VibrHotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless, with a beautiful ocean view and very comfortable bedding.||I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning--plenty of fresh options and delicious coffee. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. The pool area was clean and relaxing.||Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Very good resort. Rooms are excellent and service is also exceptional. 2 things to note - should have more indoor and outdoor games / activities. That I felt was missing. But still it was not that bad. Next, I was offered 20% discount on SPA services. After I received the invoice for one of the Spa in the final bill, the discount was not applied. The spa manager was very very rude saying that the bill has been generated and we can't make the changes and apply discount. I didn't like that approach. If this is being seen, kindly ensure the SPA manager undergoes mandatory training as to how to behave with customers. Rest all was wonderful. Would love to visit here again!

Absolutely loved my stay! The stay was incredibly peaceful, with perfect weather and breathtaking views. The food, especially breakfast, was amazing. The staff were super cooperative, friendly, and attentive. The room was comfy with all basic necessities. A highlight was being able to order food and enjoy it poolside. Highly recommend a week-long relaxing getaway here! Must visit!

I had an incredible aromatherapy session at Vibe Munnar and Spa -- one of the biggest and best spas in Kerala. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and cozy, perfect for unwinding. The staff were very professional, and the therapist was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Naveen at the front office, who was very attentive and made sure I understood everything about the services. His dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate in Munnar!

Munnar was the last stop on my 20-day trip. There isn't much to do in Munnar besides enjoying the beautiful drives through the stunning landscapes surrounding the tea gardens. Regarding the Vibe five-star resort and spa, when you check in, they might apply a 'thila' on your forehead, which is a Hindu and Sanatan tradition. However, they also have "Beef" dishes on their menu. Had I known they offered beef, I would not have stayed at this Vibe. Their room service was just okay; it took 45 minutes simply for a lemon. The restaurant staff was quite annoying. We ordered two chapatis/phulkas, and it took them around 35 minutes to deliver - I was disappointed with the restaurant service. It seemed that the front office staff didn't care much about their guests. Perhaps they are not paid well, leading to a lack of enthusiasm or activeness. As for the room, water was dripping from the AC unit on the ceiling, and the shower wasn't working properly. The swimming pool water had excessive chlorine added and didn't seem very clean. They also have a small gym, but the gym equipment isn't working properly, with cables getting stuck mid-set, so be careful when using it. The location is good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if someone is looking for a 4-star experience; it's more like a lower-end 3-star hotel.

I would give it 10 stars if it was possible, its that good. We had a destination wedding at Vibe with about 100 guests from the UK, USA, Australia etc. It was a 4 day event and included all meals and various events like Mahendi, Dance party and a Reception. The hotel was heavenly, with great big rooms. The food that we had was the best food we have ever had in any Indian hotel; no exceptions. The Executive Chef and his team made food with flavours we had never tasted before. The Malayalee food is the best anywhere. But best of all is the attitude of each and every member of staff. They made Jain food for 1 member of our guests and went overboard with the variety and taste. Excellent!!

5 Stars - Wonderful Stay at Vibe Hotel Munnar! We had an amazing experience at Vibe Hotel Munnar. The rooms were big, spacious, and very comfortable, offering beautiful views. The pool was fantastic -- clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. A special mention to the team at Anandiyu restaurant for the delicious food. Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Vivek ensured we had a great dining experience with his friendly and attentive service. At the reception, Aaditya was extremely helpful and welcoming. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us wonderful recommendations to explore Munnar. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, everything about the hotel was perfect -- from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. We highly recommend Vibe Hotel Munnar to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
