The room has open windows without a grill and also does not have a proper lock for the door, you can find Better rooms near the main town, also while booking he said there will be hot water but we got extremely cold water not recommended...

DO NOT STAY HERE ON THE WEEKEND - We were kept up from 4am-7am by a big group standing directly outside our room in the corridor, screaming and shouting for hours. Management or staff did nothing to keep them quite, knowing that the probability of other guests trying to sleep was extremely high.

One of the BEST stay I've ever had in Munnar Kerala!!!!! Best hospitality from the staffs and the rooms were clean and odour free And they serve trekking and food safaris too.must visit stay in Munnar

The rooms and travel facilities was really good and comfortable. The service and travelling driver and car are safe and best. Thank you for this. We travelled in train from chennai and they picked from aluva they provide cab and the driver Suresh is very friendly and he drives safe in every turning. The complimentary breakfast is also good.
