I recently stayed at the Sprise Munnar Resort and had a truly delightful experience. Nestled in a superb location, the resort offers picturesque views of lush greenery and rolling hills that instantly soothe the soul. If you're seeking a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. ||||The resort is new and was built two years ago. The swimming pool is not very big but has a special area for young swimmers. ||||The spacious, calm grounds of the resort make it feel like a hidden paradise. Whether strolling through the well-maintained gardens or relaxing on the balcony, the tranquility here is unmatched. ||||The staff deserves special praise polite, attentive, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to arrange a taxi for my sightseeing adventures and even ensured a smooth transfer to my next hotel. ||||The restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of local and Indian dishes. That said, the breakfast could use a little more diversity to cater to Western tastes. Still, the flavors were on point overall. ||||For the price , this resort is a steal. You get excellent value for the serene ambiance, spacious accommodations, and top-notch service. ||Munnar is known as "Kashmir of South India" and the "Switzerland of India".||||If you're planning a trip to Munnar and want a relaxing stay surrounded by natural beauty, I highly recommend Sprise||Munnar Resort.

Location is great with stupendous views. Also, the Sprise resort was clean and adorned with lovely flowers and other flora. Rooms were neat, tidy and spacious. Would love to come again and gladly recommend this place to my friends and other visitors. All the best to all the resort staff for their wonderful service. Thank you

Overall a fine place for a stay. Good thing: Food was really good. But there is room for improvement for the resort, 1.Room helpers should be trained well. A boy just entered into the room without consent, it was little bit weird.But he was sorry for it later as he not aware of the etiquette. 2. My friend (Sugaanth) booked the stay and it was not communicated that the Hall is a common room for someone else as well and then suddenly one day, resort said Hall needs to shared with someone else. That situation was uncomfortable, finally they got a different room.

It was a pleasant surprise that this place could offer great service and food. My friends & I had a great time enjoying their excellent service and hospitality during our 3-day and 2-night stay. 4 of us in 1 unit with 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms. So convenient! Staying at the upper floor has a nicer view too. The staff helped us carry our luggage up & down. So no worries!

Their prompt service and friendly approach made a significant difference in making our time there special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

Everything about this resort was good. Rooms are clean and food was too good. Mountain view from the room balcony is great. Each villa has 4 rooms, 2 each in ground floor and first floor. The balcony is common to two rooms. There is no gym. They have a very good swimming pool and a small kids play area. It's a new property. Staff said they may add a gym soon. The staff are very polite and take good care of everyone.

I honestly had the best five star service here. From the moment that I arrived to the moment I left, the service was incredible. It was all in the small details. They called my room to make sure if I was eating dinner. They asked if I wanted house keeping. They gave me room with such a great view. They patiently waited as I was the last one finishing my meals always. They even served my breakfast out of the buffet for me. And yes, the quality of the food was incredible. Everybody always had a smile on their face. I totally recommend.
