Skylark Holidays, Munnar

My stay at this homestay in Munnar was quite disappointing. Although the room was clean, there were no basic amenities--no towels, no toiletries, and even the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we entered. There was no lift either. For the high price we paid, the facilities were extremely basic and not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this stay unless they improve both their services and the overall experience.

Lift not available. You have to use stairs. Difficult for Senior Citizens. Location on height with steep rise way difficult to climb even for youngsters. Many indirect charges which you will be not informed earlier. They will charge in your bill at the time of leaving hotel. Be careful before booking. Our group suffered.

Much better than the Skylark holidays chinnakanal. Rooms are neat and clean. Suitable for family. Staff is also very much helpful. But restaurant is not that clean it is in basement and need to work on that rest is good.

The Resort is under renovation. If you are lookin a full fledged resort, currently it is not recommendable. otherwise eveything like rooms, pool and food were good

The staff here are wonderful and always there when u need, the management here is also great rooms are cozy and a nice place to stay for the holidays

Good lay out well maintained site. Good food and more choice freshly cooked and good serving staff always smiling and on their toes.

Location is near to town.No parking facility in the premises.You have to park on the road side.Rooms and bathrooms are ok.

Overall wonderful experience. Rooms were really big & views were also amazing.
