During our trip to Kerala, we stayed at This amazing homestay property being operated by Mr Baiju and his family. The place is well maintained and has an amazing ambience. Usage of artificial greens and variety natural flowers make this place an all year round wonder. Service provided by the staff was good. Food quality was nice. We had Breakfast lunch and dinner at the property. Well cooked meals. Tasty.... They have some beautiful cat's at the property. My daughter became an instant fan of these beautiful kittens. She even named a newly born kitten, Billster. Mr Binu, brother or Mr Baiju, runs a wonderful shop specialising in Spices and chocolates in the main market of Munnar. It is another must visit place for shopping in Munnar. Thanks for your hospitality Team S&B Dreams house. P.S. : We changed the direction of our journey from kochi trivandrum to trivandrum kochi just to stay at this homestay.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities provided were thoughtful, and everything was very well maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the friendly service from the staff. Special mention to Mr. John for his exceptional hospitality and friendly service, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a fantastic experience -- I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

A very cosy and comfortable stay with the best of services. Though very close to Munnar town, it is quiet and peaceful. The service is very prompt. Mr. Baiju also recommends lovely places to visit around Munnar. It is a perfect haven for families and has got pretty rooms and an even prettier central garden area. The breakfast served is very homely and tasty. Special mention to the cutest cats and kittens which add more charm to this pretty place.

This homestay is one of the best memories in my life. The host/Owner of this property Mr. Baiju Chetta is extremely professional and attractive and friendly. The room boy also. We loved our stay at this homestay. We had a large room with a balcony and a lovely view. The property is beautifully developed and close to the main road, but positioned as to not have traffic noise. Food is good. Biejo the owner is wonderful. He helps with all small and big requests. Helped us plan the next leg of our trip

Feel like home. Staffs are like family members. Owner chetta taking care of us . It really feels like home. Good food,best location. They have cute persian cats. Ofcourse its my dream house

A wonderful experience |Had a very pleasant stay at this homestay.Host Baiju was exceptionally warm and welcoming.Breakfast was superb and I specially want to mention the local dinner served by the host..super yummy and elaborate... infact we realised you don't need to eat outside as food in the homestay is better than in restaurants.All in all very comfortable stay...and yes boy named John also took very good care of us... will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and would like to come back here in future

We had a great experience in staying here. The hospitality was amazing. The rooms and the restrooms were so nice for a affordable rate. The food was prepared based on cutomera preference and menu. The food was simply superb. We just loved the stay
